I had them add my last name to a bowling shirt above my left breast pocket. Red thread with a typical font and a couple inches. I was charged $ 35 dollars for the service or 7 dollars a letter. I never felt comfortable about it. So I called 5 local companies that could perform the same service. I gave the exact same specifics and I was quoted between $ 7-​$ 9.50 for the same services. I feel I was severely over charged and the lady at the front wasn’t interested in complaint. 4 to 6 times more then all other competitors isn’t a fair way to treat a customer. I would highly recommend googling embroidery in Dayton Ohio. You will find 5 other companies that will save you 4 to 6 times the rates at Embriodme Centerville. The embroidery was done correctly.

They did a nice job on the shirt, except they put an American flag that was supposed to go on the sleeve, backwards. When confronted about it I was lied to and told they weren’t able to do it they way I wanted (I had a shirt done there 2 years prior to the EXACT specifications I requested this time) I was told they would call me on Monday to discuss what could be done, as it was close to closing time on a Friday. That was several weeks ago and I haven’t heard from them since. 60 dollar job shirt down the drain as well as the 40 it cost to get it embroidered. Would not do business with again, extremely poor customer service.
