Service is good. But this isn’t a true hand wash.
They start of with a large broom/brush on the wheels and then use it on the body. I asked them not to use a brush on the car so I don’t end up with swirl marks everywhere.
Also, Rep at the entrance hosed my car down on one side. What about the other side?

I did have a long wait one time in the summer but I’ve been back a few times after that and it was back on track — they do an amazing and thorough job. I usually go for the full service. And my car looks brand new. Also all of the people that work there are friendly and respectful– I was waiting outside and it was getting cold so they said to wait inside and they will come and get me when the car is done.

First visit was great. Really, really nice people working here. Actually liked them enough to ask about their detailing service. There’s also a HUGE waiting room INSIDE. DIDN’T KNOW THIS! The place looks clean inside too. Nice job, folks!

Drove by this car wash multiple times, looks new so i decided to try it out. Wow, what a big mistake! If you want to see streaks on all your windows this is the place. There was no manager on site, they do what ever they want and take a long time to do the job, and on top of that a horrible job.
I got service package 1 ($ 20) worst service i have ever paid for. I will not be coming to this car wash ever again.
If you care about your car and have good attention to detail. You will hate this place. Trust me dont bring car here.
Another thing; They use what looks like a hard brush to clean wheels and they use the same hard brush on your cars body. This will create lite scratch marks on paint. Not good.

Love this place. Great service and great attention to detail. Friendly staff and the owners are onsite making sure the job is done right. Their motto is you’re not leaving if you’re not satisfied. Our BMW’s are always sparkling when we leave from here.

Only give this place 2 stars because the early/late bird special just can’t be beat. Exterior only $ 12 is the deluxe including wax and tires. It’s very fast which I must say is why the quality is lacking. But for a quick wash it works. Not the place to go to r you want quality wash and detail

i buy my washes on Groupon so I don’t mind paying 12 $ for interior and exterior. But the receptionist or cashier (whatever you want to call her) is so nasty and not friendly. Wont go back.

Complete rip off, first it’s not a true hand wash. Second their professionalism is probably the worst I have ever seen. I had my car washed it was still dirty, I asked to speak to a manager and a guy came out chewing gum and said” your car is shit” bare in mind it’s a 2012 Acura MDX. I emailed the owner about the situation and never received a response. Please!!! Do not go here it’s a waste of your valuable time and money I assure you will not be happy with the service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you dont mnd magically losing one of your floor mats. I got a full service wash on tues 12÷23÷14 and a few days later i noticed that my driver side OEM driver side floor mat wash missing. I didnt notice it was missing sooner cause i sit close to the steering wheel and it does get dark by 4:30 pm at this time of year. I called and told the girl who answered the phone what happened, she puts me on hold and then comes back on and says they dont have it. I said i saw your employee remove it to vacuum. And i need to speak to the owner. Well once i finally reach him he says «yes i heard about it and no sir we don have your mat. I said you’re responsible and he said he’d call me back after checking the video. Of course no call back. So i called him and asked him whats the deal. He just repeats they dont have it. So i informed him ill see him in small claims court for the $ 87 It costs to replace them. (only sold in 4 packs).

Came in for an exterior wash and undercarriage wash. Early bird special $ 5.50 plus tax and $ 2.50 for undercarriage. While waiting in the watching room, i notice they didn’t have an under carriage spraying machine. Also they didn’t hand wash bc they use brooms to scrub the car down, then with wash mitts. BEWARE all their wash mitts are very SOILED. The color of black stain. After my car rolls thru, I asked them about washing underneath and he told me its «the machine in the middle». That machine is the wheel cleaner!!! DECEPTIVE people!!! I told them that doesn’t clean under but just the wheel and wheel wells. I said i wanted my money back but they refuse. He then lifts up some rubber mats and pointed to a drainage hole and said that was the cleaner. Undercarriage cleaner system have multiple nozzle in plain view. Not a single 4in hole in the ground. I left very DISSATISFIED!!!

This is NOT a full hand wash! The first step that they perform is by brush. Do not waste your time going here. I got the exterior only wash today; there are still streaks of dirt and dust left all over the car. I quick detailed it myself when I got home.

I got my car washed here in the drive through car wash. I got terrible service, they were completely empty, but I still had to wait at the entrance of the drive through for a full minute before the attendant got out of his chair to come to my window. He said, «What do you want» and I said «Normal car wash please.» He rolled his eyes and asked what kind. I said the normal one, the one advertised on the sign. He exasperatingly said, that’s the exterior, get out of the car now.
I went into the store to pay and the cashier was watching a movie on her ipad and chewing gum and didn’t make eye contact with me as I paid.

Horrible… I did the 12.00 exterior wash. It was to include armour all on tired and dry for jams… They never did… I asked and was told they will tell manager… Not that they would fix or discount in the future… Don’t go here!!!

Holy cluster muck Batman!
When your car leaves the hand wash section, they make a hard left turn with your car and dry it on the side of the building. Today was an usually warm day and everyone wanted their cars cleaned. It was a mad house trying to get in as well as trying to drive out after your car was finished.
I’m knocking off a star for that move. Other than they couldn’t handle too many cars, the folks do work really hard here. I brought my SUV here and the place is a hand washed car wash. I’m saying, how will they get the high roof? Easy peasy, they had a ladder the guy hustled up on, and brushed it. I thought that was kinda kool.
All in all, its a pretty good car wash for Centereach.
