This place is convenient, but I feel like the quality of work is hit or miss depending on who you get. Over the summer, they have a bunch of college students working in the salon. I wanted my fingernails shaped as they grew out, no color. I explained I wanted a square shape with rounded corners, like a squoval if you will. I somehow ended up with a right triangle on one finger. On another occasion, I got a pedicure. While I was happy that she pushed me to choose a more daring color (I had originally chosen a color that was pretty much the same as the color currently on my toes), the next day I woke up with a swollen toe that was draining. I am not sure exactly what happened or how that came to be, but I suspect that it was due to my pedicure. I continue to go back to this place because it’s the best option I’ve found in the Lehigh Valley but I am a little disappointed with it after my last visit. I will definitely pay more attention to who is a good manicurist and request them each time I go back.

Meh describes what I feel completely. I’ve gotten two mani/​pedis here. Prices for this is equal to what I pay in California for gel mani/​pedi and they only offer gel manis.
First mani only lasted 1 day until it cracked and chipped in the middle of the nail. The polish must have been old. Pedi ended up killing me because my nails were cut poorly.
I think the people here are nice, but it seems like a rushed job when getting services. A bit on the sloppy side. I’ve had to point out issues with paint jobs on both occasions. Once it was due to poor application and the other because I was moved from my chair quickly to accommodate a crowd and ruined my toe job because of misplaced fans on the floor.
I am just visiting and there don’t seem like a whole lot of options in the area.
This is probably one of those places I rate 2 stars but will frequent again.

Jacki is the best… I only ask for her. she pays attention and im always happy with her services and knowledge! Thank you!!! Also nice to walk around the promenades and shop while you wait for your appointment. win win situation!

I have been going here for a year now and am quite a fan. I have done both appointment and walk in service. The cost is on par with other nail salons that I’ve been to, although I only ever get natural manicures and pedicures. I’m not familiar with pricing on tips and things like that. The employees are always pleasant and chatty. One reviewer mentioned that they were joking around with each other and that bothered them. I’m more of the mind that if they like each other and are happy then they’ll make my experience better, too. I took my mom here last summer for manicures and they were super lovely to her. All in all, I couldn’t be more pleased with this place and am super excited for springtime because it means pedicures again!

I would recommend this nail salons to any of my friends. The ladies are very polite and the ladies care about taking care of your nails!!! If you stop in ask for Megan she is really nice and will take care of you!!!

I was in the area and needed a mani/​pedi for a wedding I was attending and I got that so from that perspective the trip was a success. The nail color selection was all over the place and not great. I had to ask for the color I wanted (thankfully I know the name), but when my manicurist brought it back it was definitely not the color… it looked faded or thinned out so she had to find another one. When I got my pedi, I was switched over to someone else. Throughout my entire pedicure she was yelling around the salon to other employees and chatting with people. The content made me think it was funny, but it was also very unprofessional.
The salon is very small and I felt like I was constantly in a maze weaving throughout the salon. If you are looking for a mani/​pedi without any of the atmosphere that you can get at a nicer nail salon this will do. It is on par or a little more expensive than I am used to paying which intrigued me as it was no where near the same service or professionalism I am used to.
I would come back if I am in a crunch, but hopefully I’ll plan ahead appropriately so I don’t have to.
