NEVER on time. Very flaky. Always has an excuse as to why he didn’t show up and why it was taking so long. Whether it is paperwork, his guys didn’t show up, emergency calls, etc etc etc… that’s what you are going to get. It was supposed to take 3 days to get the part we needed, yet, after 7 days we had to call to find out what was going on. Gives you an attitude when trying to confront him about the fact that it has taken almost a month and a half to get him here and something completed. We are patient people but seriously: Do your job, show up on time and make sure you do it right.
Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. I’ve never worked with anyone so unprofessional!

I had an AC problem on Labor Day. When I called Bitter Breeze, they actually answered the phone on Labor Day and came out to fix the problem the next morning. Fees were reasonable. I would recommend and will continue to use this business.
