Gosse Septic Service

Called their after hours number last night about a blocked drain and Mike talked me through how to fix it and saved me a good bit of money and not being able to use a bathroom or shower till today would have been rough. He was kind courteous and very eager to help. I am thrilled I called them.

I have used Gosse Septic for the past 13 years. One of my favorite services is that they send me a reminder in the mail that it is time to have my septic pumped. I know that I am supposed to have it pumped every two years but time flies and it is easy to forget. They have always shown up on time and been competitive with their prices. I also feel that I could call the owner with any questions about septic systems (being in real estate) and he always calls me back even if it is late Friday afternoon. I would recommend them.

I chose Gosse Septic Service for my wedding in Alton, NH. I got the Event Tent Porta Potty. First off, turns out I ordered two potties the are generally better fit for females (they just looked prettier so I ordered them). One of the men at GSS noticed this and called my father and switched my order which 1. ended up saving me money and 2. worked our much better for the male wedding guests. Also, they called my father because he was the secondary number on the invoice… they did not want to bother me just days before my wedding! Even though I was totally calm and could have taken the call, I feel like most companies don’t think about this and may be stressing their customers but Gosse Septic was so caring and this I appreciate greatly. Few other great things is they decorated the tent with plants as shown in the picture on their site (which I really wasnt expecting!) and they were SO friendly even while taking the tent down the next day in the hurricane. I would definitely recommend them to others!
