I’ve been training with Leslie at the Conditioning Classroom for the last few months and she is GREAT. She and Dianne really took the time to get to know me and my goals, and put together a program that takes all aspects of my fitness and wellness, as well as my busy stressful life, into consideration. They’re helping me create a way of life, advising on diet and wellbeing in addition to the physical fitness and strength. I feel so much better already and am on a steady path to meeting my goals. Leslie is a knowledgeable trainer who is very positive, encouraging and supportive, as well as is not afraid to get real with me(which I need!). She is a yoga instructor as well, so she often works some yoga into the session, which has been great for strength building, flexibility and stress reduction and I always look forward to it. She also takes the time to put together workouts for me for while I am traveling for business or when I won’t be seeing her so I don’t lose any progress. Ask for her! She is wonderful! I also really like that the Conditioning Classroom is private just for personal training and some classes(I’ve taken a few kick-boxing classes from Dianne, which are a serious workout but lots of fun! She is impressive!), and that it’s not at a big gym. No distractions, no intimidations. And I feel good supporting a great local/small business that is run and staffed by some fantastic individuals! Before I signed up, I didn’t know how I was going to be able to get back to my «old self» after a couple downhill years, but thanks to Leslie and the Conditioning Classroom I feel well on my way! I definitely recommend the Conditioning Classroom for personal training!

Love them! I went to see Grant to get my golf swing back into shape. I’m recovering from a back injury related to a snowboarding accident, so I needed to take it slow and regain my flexibility before I could start moving more weight. I have been working out with Grant for a few months now and he’s been great. Grant has done a great job of helping to increase my flexibility, rotation and restore the strength I had before the accident. My golf swing is back! My flexibility and rotation has increased 100 fold and I’m now back to hitting the ball the way I used to. Of course that still needs improvement!(Grant is a golf conditioning coach, not a swing coach!). If you’re looking for a gym to pick up hot chicks and flex with your buddies, look at the big box gyms. If you want a personal trainer /nutritionist that can design a personalized plan to meet YOUR fitness goals, give them a call. They have been fantastic!
