I just had the best experience I can imagine at getting a root canal done. Dr. Gallego is so kind and thoughtful. She did a root canal on me that had to be difficult. Yet, she took all the time she needed to make sure that I was in no pain and she could do a great job. I know it took extra time — partly because it took an hour to make sure I was totally numb. She didn’t rush even though it was getting late in the day. She and her staff stayed and worked on me until 7 p.m. without complaining a bit. She is so thoughtful, she even gives patients her home phone number in case they have an issue. Wow!!! Dr. Gallego and her staff are fabulous. I would recommend her to anyone.

This was the best cavity situation I’ve ever had.

The Dr Sonia used plenty of pain killer so root canal procedure was practically painless, and afterwards my mouth hurt less than before the cavity was taken care of. There was a small flat screen mounted to the ceiling, so I watched tv via wireless headphones during the procedure which is a great distraction when you’re nervous. I arrived at 3, and the whole process with paperwork, consultation, root canal, and receiving follow up information was finished by 5. I wish every dentist was as friendly, professional, and convenient as Dr Sonia.

This office is amazing, I thought I had walked into a spa! The girls up front were very kind, and Dr. Sonia Gallego-​Cubillos made a scary situation almost pleasurable– she has a very warm and understanding demeanor. Dr. Sonia was able to get me in spur-​of-​the-​moment before an international trip my fiancé and I were taking (and before my insurance ran out) so her flexibility was such a blessing! The only thing I didn’t have a great experience was with the cold test. I felt like the girls thought I was a moron for being apprehensive about the cold test (where they put freezing air into the effected area– OUCH!) Besides that, I loved Dr. Sonia. (But hopefully I will not be back as she only does root canals!)
