After YEARS of SUFFERING with cystic acne, seeing several clinicians, I was at my last hope. Until I found these guys. After several severe (but needed) peels and a change in my régime and diet, my face has never looked better in my 41 years. I still can’t believe it! I can’t thank these guys enough. Even better, their products are all natural and very affordable.

Will NEVER go back! I had the most unpleasant experience having a facial with Christine — one of the owners. After starting 15 minutes late she began the facial by massaging my face wearing loose fitting latex gloves (there is nothing wrong with my skin to warrant medicinal gloves). After the” extractions“I was supposed to let an application sit on my face for 5 minutes at which point she cleaned her implements in the sink a few feet away (should“t this be done after I leave?). When I was to lay in the dark room for another 10 minutes with yet another application which needed to sit on my face I decided to leave. When she encountered me as I was paying she said she was «letting me relax’» — I can relax at home, I came for a facial!

I am in a constant battle with my skin and Paula, at Skin Rx, has been helping me for years. She is very knowledgable and caring. I recently went to a big name dermatologist to make sure there wasn’t something else I should be doing to help with my melasma and hormonal acne and everything they recommended was what she has either already done for me or recommended herself! I will never go anywhere else for my skin again!

So, to update my last review, Skin Rx and Body Wellness completely redeemed themselves. They were willing to do what ever to accommodate my needs and work with me about the gift certificate issue.
I got to get my own series of treatments with it, and I tell you I am very excited to get it all done. The owner is fantastic, uplifting and thorough. I really like this place. She had a bunch of suggestions for my skin, and body wellness, and she really didn’t make me feel like she was selling me stuff. That’s a good sales person, but really she seems to care. I like that. A+++ I will keep coming back!

I first went here because I received a Groupon for Laser Hair Removal and thought ‘why not?’ I’ve been wanting to try it for a decade or more so I finally decided to give it a shot.
The place is nicely tucked away downstairs (didn’t even know there was a downstairs) in the little business square right on Orchard and Yosemite. It is a very tranquil space and everyone there is super nice.
The machine that they use is top of the line (so it comes with a hefty price tag but it’s so worth it). I noticed a HUGE difference after just one treatment.
Suzanne is my technician and I freaking LOVE HER! I look forward to my appointments there. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for laser hair removal. They offer other things too I just haven’t tried them out yet. Thinking about trying a facial or something though sometime.
