Service King Collision Repair of Centennial

Service King did exceptional work on my 2013 Subaru! My car was hit while it was parked on the street, and Service King worked with USAA and Enterprise to ensure I didn’t have to pay a dollar out-​of-​pocket, and pickups were convenient for me. My car looks as good as new and I received a text every few days letting me know what had been done and what was left to do. I would highly recommend working with Service King if you need body work done on your car or truck. Thanks Alex for all you great work!

My 2014 Honda Polit was hail damaged pretty bad. This Service King shop did a good repair job. They kept me up to date on the progress everyday through email or text message so that I know exactly what’s going. Well done! Thank you

I should have looked up reviews before coming here. I called 5 different repair shops and this one was able to get me in the earliest so I went with it even though it was 30 miles away. They estimated it would take 7 days to repair but 5 broken promises later it ended up taking 32 days AND they didn’t fix everything. I’m currently at another Service King getting the job done since I no longer have any trust in the centennial location.
My biggest complaint is there was no communication from them about additional delays. I have to take off work to drive down there so if the car is not going to be ready when you say it will you MUST call the person and let them know. I called many times and had to wait 10 – 15 minutes before someone would tell me they’d call me back about the status of my car. No one seems to know what is going on at any time.
Just terrible service overall. Very unsatisfied customer.

I went to Service King in early October to have the on-​site Allstate adjustor give me an estimate for repairs due to hail damage. After receiving my estimate, I scheduled an appointment on the spot to have Service King do the work. They asked me to bring my car in on the 27^th of October (they didn’t have any availability until then, as there were lots of people with hail damage) and that it would take a week or two for the repairs. No problem.
I dropped my car off on the night of the 26^th, in the overnight drop, and on Monday afternoon, I received a call confirming they had my car and they’d start working on it. By Monday the 3^rd, I hadn’t heard an update, so I called to see if they had an estimate on when my car would be done. Imagine my surprise when they said they hadn’t started working on it at all because, quote: «We weren’t sure what we were doing with it.» I asked why they didn’t call me to clarify last week and he said «Well, I just got the keys on my desk this morning.» What? Later in the conversation he said had received my keys last week but did not have a contact number, then they received my keys but could not find my car (again: what??) in the lot… the story kept changing.
He then informed me that he would have to go over the car and develop their own estimate, and then call out an Allstate adjustor to go over it. All of which would probably take a week, because they didn’t have the original estimate and they had no idea when an Allstate guy could get out there. Why couldn’t he just get the estimate from the Allstate adjustor ON SITE THERE? «It doesn’t work that way.»
Then he tells me that the Allstate adjustor’s estimate was probably very low and that it would ultimately be more than they originally estimated. When I told him that the adjustor told me the quote was FOR their shop, he told me, again, «it doesn’t work that way.»
Ultimately, I was told they would have my car for at least another 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Picked up my car last night to take it elsewhere. Will not do business with these folks again.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Brought my car in to have it painted. They did a good job painting it but they ruined my window tent got nasty black tape all over my interior and when they cleaned it off with some chemical the chemical ruined my leather. They crushed my HID lights (expensive) over spray on all black plastics. They never hooked up my windshield wash bottle fluid. so when I was trying to use it, it was spraying fluid all over my engine. My god how could they have screwed this up so bad. How could Allstate recommend a place like this? I really wish you the best of luck if your thinking if using these guys. Imagine taking your baby your ride into a shop and they give you your car back to you in the shape mine was giving back to me in… Your gonna flip trust me. Don’t go here!!! I knew nothing about Steeling Auto Body before Allstate referred me and man was I pleased. They were very through in uncovering anything that was damaged in the crash and they fixed it right. My jeep is a few years old and they matched the slightly faded paint perfectly. Also, they completely cleaned engine bay, looks brand knew. Also detailed my entire car. It’s the small things that makes auto shops great and Sterling didn’t cut any corners. That’s Sterling should I need a repair again I’ll be back.

I will not elaborate, however, when getting auto body services, one should always get a second opinion. An estimate on damages is never final. I have reasons to believe that materials are overpriced, labor is overpriced and no one has enough curiosity to question their estimate. Also, when will insurance companies question estimates?
