If I could give this place negative 5000000 stars, I would. Today I ordered some food to go. I placed the order at 2:07 pm and by the time 3:30 rolled around, I still had no food. I called several times to check on the status of my food. The first time, the man said my food would be there in a few minutes. I said ok and waited. 20 minutes later, I called again and asked about the status of my food. I was massively annoyed when he told me «it should be there any minute.» He made up some excuses about there being 3 deliveries at the same time. I told him that shouldn’t take 90 minutes. He then proceeded to yell at me, tell me I was lazy, and hang up on me. I highly, HIGHLY recommend NEVER eating at this place. Worst customer service experience of my entire life. I am still just in disbelief about how terrible the customer service is. Blown away, honestly.

We love phở 97! We tried it a few weeks ago for the first time after always passing it but being too afraid to try something new. It’s almost embarrassing how much we’ve had it in the past 6 weeks. The chicken fried rice and Bun Ga(grilled chicken noodle bowl) are delicious! The green tea boba is also very good!

The food was pretty good but the service was BAD. So rude and neglectful. Our waitress was nasty. She define toy hates her job and people. WOW! I will not eat here ever again.

Looks like new management has taken over… and not in a good way. Service is lacking, to say the least, and inattentive. Walked into an almost empty restaurant & servers were sitting at the bar but didn’t acknowledge us nor sit us right away. Server forgot straws for our drinks. Vietnamese eggrolls were ok as an appetizer but server forgot the dipping sauce. Ordered phở with no cilantro only to get a bowl with them in plain sight. Mentioned it to a server who told me they were«green onions» at first but once he noticed me picking them out, told me something in the lines of «they use same hands to make other phở»… umm ewww??? I would have been ok with an apology but server made no efforts to fix the situation and then continued to steer clear of our table for a good 15 – 20 min. Had 1 last piece of eggroll left and server started to stack plates on top of it without asking us if we wanted a box or if we were finished. Probably will not return.

It’s been 2 years since my family and I dined here but to come back to such a great variety of food was spectacular. The first part of the meal was the Calamari and to be honest that could’ve been a meal all its own sweet and delicious. As for the noodle bowls of soup that price had gone up a bit but definitely still worth the flavor and portion size. The staff is friendly and definitely leaves me wanting more food even though I’m stuff. Good experience all around.

By far the worst food experience I have ever had. I had a rather large order and they forgot the soup completely. How can I have phở without soup?! I drove it back in the snow last night and asked for it to be remade with the soup, after sitting and waiting 20 more minutes a young lady came out and handed me cash back and said they wouldn’t be able to remake the food. What a total disaster and a complete waste of my time effort and money. Truly unbelievable.

I may be stuck in a 3 star rut these days, so maybe it was me. This place was a great find in the wasteland that is strip mall city where Aurora and Centennial come together. The staff, Andrea, was above and beyond and very helpful. I have become a fan of the salty lemonade at Vietnamese places, so I ordered it… and they were out of it. She instead concocted me a key lime yumminess that did the trick. This was a quick bite stop, so I tried the spring rolls… the shrimp and sauce were good, the beef tasted like baked tofu… which maybe they should use instead of whatever that was. They get an A-OK because I will be back for the Phở… that will be the true tale to tell. And Andrea and the other staff when I went there for lunch were above and beyond attentive… this place has a lot of Photential!

Just don’t. This place used to be one of the best phở places around. Don’t know what happened but it has gone straight down the tubes. First off, our table was sticky. Eww. Our waitress was very curt and unpleasant and seemed bothered about waiting on us. Also, she seemed to enjoy touching our silverware, plates and straws with her long, fake nails. Food came out and was either undercooked or flat out cold. The phở broth was lukewarm at best. We will NOT be back!

The worst! I repeated our address and phone number 3 times and after 90 minutes, and no food, I called and THEYYELLEDATME for giving them the wrong address and phone number!!! The«manager» got on and actually started accusing me of giving bad info. She said«I can’t take this person» and handed it off to a guy. She might be the worst manager of any place that I have ever encountered. The only Phở place around and 3 stars… so that should tell you something! They suck!

I’m updating my prior review. Stopped in to pick up two villicimi dishes to go. In prior visits it took only 10 minutes to prep. This time it took 30 minutes, and when asking on status the staff didn’t seem to care. Food also has come down in quality along with taste. After waiting 30 minutes the barbecued pork was cold. Messaged management prior to my review with no reply. Appears no one is concerned. I will not be back.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times but I won’t be coming back here again. Went to order some food to go. First, it took almost 30 min from placing order to get the food with no apparent reason. It was not busy at all. Second, food was not as good as it used to be, and it was almost disgusting. And third, the employees there didn’t care too much of what’s going on, especially when asked why it is taking forever to make dishes. Unless you want to wait for 30min or more for food that takes only few minutes to make and doesn’t taste good(any more), I wouldn’t even recommend to come here.

I’m updating my previous review because I visited today and there’s been several positive changes. They now have several mats so people aren’t slipping anymore, the broth today was GREAT, and the service is much better due to a very nice gal at the front cashier. Much better!

No just no, unless you want to eat re-used broth go ahead. This place is NAAAAAAASTY. The waitresses are not clean at all, this coming from a waitress her self.

Ok service. High price, low food quality. Very low food quality. My phở noodles are dry even eating WITH soup. Speaking of the soup, it is less than meh. If you’re hungry and order a medium, don’t expect the meat to be also proportionally more. You just get a huge bowl of noodles, bad dry noodles

I am always in search of good Phở places. This isn’t one of them. Their food was bland and service was horrible. They got our order wrong, along with other tables near us. We waited what seemed like forever to get the wrong food and it came out cold. The broth wasn’t cooking the raw meat. I would rather go to a run down place that looks like it is falling apart with great food, then this upscale looking restaurant. The prices are extremely high as well for a bowl of phở. A small bowl is nearly $ 8, compared to others that are less than $ 6. I don’t think this is a place worth going to. I feel like I wasted my money and time here.

This was our second time here. The phở is good. The fried egg rolls are excellent. Unfortunately, this time we didn’t taste the phở… Yes, really. It was just the two of us, my wife and me. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very helpful and answered questions about the menu. We got our drinks immediately. The egg rolls came out maybe five minutes later. Great! Our waitress said the meals would be out soon. Then… nothing. We sat for 30 minutes. No drink refills, no «how were the egg rolls,» nothing. Two large groups came in behind us and got their food before us. We knew something was wrong and were about to flag down the waitress when our phở came out… wrong. We both ordered meatball phở and both got rare beef phở. When we told her the order was wrong, she said she could fix it in just two minutes. If so, then why did it take 40 minutes to get the order out?! We paid for our drinks and appetizer and left. Mistakes happen. We’ll try them again. But this was really disappointing.

This is a good Phở. The broth is not the best I have ever had, but it is close. The ingredients are fresh and the phở comes together nicely. The soup comes to the table with sriratcha and hoisin sauces, bean spriuts and vegetables. The egg rolls are also fantastic. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Phở offered in medium and large size. 1. Broth is sweeter than other top phở place. Too sweet. It was so sweet, felt like throwing up. 2. No more chilie paste. Going backward. 3. No more paper napkins. Replaced with linen that smelled strong of fragrant fabric softner. Lacking common business sense. 4. My vegi tray had wilted basil. My lime was washed and reserved. Does this meet state health department code? 5. To go order has $ 0.29 additional charge. 6. Serving beer and wine. Happy hour starts at 2:00 pm for $ 1 beer. Ticked me off with #1, #2, #3 fragrance. I won’t be going back ever again.
