Paw Prints

My Vet recommended Paw Prints and I’m so glad we finally checked them out. I had an appointment at the local PetCo but received a call the day before telling me the groomer had up and quit. We were able to get into Paw Prints within a few days. With very little explanation of what I wanted, Henry looks amazing! I loved picking him up and seeing him in their holding area. A cute, white picket fence room for my little guy to hang out. We’ll definitely be going back!

Best customer service you could ask for! Sometimes if my back is hurting from cutting hair all day, they always offer to help carry out by big bag of dog food!

I normally don’t write reviews and I’m making an exception because my dogs are doing so well– I’m compelled! Paw Prints is a wonderful place to find the best and healthiest dog food and nutrition. Sounds crazy to think of providing the best food for your dog but our dogs never have to go to the vet because they are well feed and getting great nutrition from all of the variety of options for dogs. Check it out– your dog will thank you and the staff is very friendly and helpful too!

We have a 14 year old mixed breed who can shed like crazy!!! We used to wash and brush him ourselves — but both he and we are getting older. So we took him to Jennifer (I had met her outside the store). She is so in sync with the dogs — ours is not at all rattled when we go back. The first time we went she sent us a pic of the hair she got off him. WOW! there was another dog. Best part — it is not all over my tile and wood floors. The number of hair clumps in our house are minimal now that Jennifer sees Chester regularly. Such a find.

Great job on Shadow. He was home, happy and we can also always get his food and treats there. We’re fans and so is he. Thank you thank you for making our little guy so happy.

Great service! I took my dog here for the first time and was really happy with her new hair style! The price is a bit more expensive than others but if you wanna satisfy with your baby’s hair style, I totally recommend this place.

I eat at the burger place next door and we have a Flat Coat Retriever with skin allergies and has been itchy and miserable his whole life. We have tried every kind of expensive food and medications in the form of pills and shampoos. The owner of this lovely little shop recommended a dog food called Taste of the Wild with no grain. She also had us get Dasuquin joint supplement treats. Floyd is 12 and looks like he is 6 again. He is acting like a puppy and his coat has never looked better. I wish I would have known this earlier! He’s a happy camper and so are we! Highly recommend a visit here for your fur child! Love my boy is happy and comfy

The shop is wonderful! They carry high quality dog food and the staff is always so nice! They have a rewards program for stopping by and a «buy 10 get a bag free» dog food reward program. The toys are high quality which is appreciated with a lab that likes to chew! The grooming services are great. I like that the dogs are groomed and dried — no sitting in a crate with a blow dryer. And they were very gentle with my old dog. I highly recommend this shop!

I usually go to the Highlands Ranch location but I was having lunch next door to this store and I stopped in to look and ask a few questions. Just like all my experiences at the Highlands Ranch store, I was enjoying myself and getting good information about dog and cat issues going on in my home. The ladies there have a lot of experience and I felt they cared a lot about my problem cat. But I’m compelled to write about what happened next.
As I was shopping and chatting with the older women, a man walked in and brazenly berated the older woman for having a store parking sign which reserves one space for Paw Prints customers who have heavy bags of dog food to haul to their cars. He was mad because the parking lot was full and he couldn’t find a parking space. So he decided to verbally beat up on this older woman for no other reason. We were all flabbergasted!
What I saw next was this woman stand up to a bully. Bravo Paw Prints! I stayed awhile longer as we talked about all sorts of things. Both Paw Prints feel like the kind of stores that existed twenty years ago – the kind of stores where they know your name if you come in enough, places where you can gather and have real connection and conversation while you shop. I like how both these store feel when I walk in. I like how I’m treated and I like having new and unique stuff for my pets.
And the Juicy Burger next door is fantastic! Great little shopping mall.

I lived across this little pet boutique for almost 2 years without being «too impressed» then suddenly I went in for something quick and I have been blown away ever since. The ladies who work here (I think they might be the owners) are SO friendly and are great with the babies (aka animals). I had a hard time finding harnesses that fit my little one (the Chihuahua) so I came here and my girls got the full service. I didn’t get her name, but one of the gals got on the floor and personally fitted both girls and made sure they got the right size and adjusting before we left. They also have chic, decorative options for dog beds. They have these awesome covers that you stick old pillows in to create the perfect bed (that the cat shares on occasion). I just moved and want a couple more beds and will definitely be going back here. The chews they have are also great… they also offer fresh game jerky which my girls loved.
I had to go back and give them 5 stars (originally only had 4) but the quality of service really does deserve 5… in this day and age (sadly) you don’t get service like this everywhere.

This place is great! The staff is awesome, and they carry a wide variety of high quality items for your cat or dog. Their prices are very competitive, and they have a reward program for bags of food and for every time you visit. By stopping by several times I earned a free nail trim. Their grooming services can’t be beat. The groomers are very patient and have been able to trim my dog’s nails, and he was previously turned away at another groomer.

This is such a great place to shop! The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They not only carry high quality products at reasonable prices, but they also know about dog events and classes in the area. Truly wonderful staff.
They only sell high quality foods and treats; you won’t find unhealthy kibble or toys that fall apart after one use. Our dogs love the antlers and hedgehog chews.

We’re new to Denver and this store was a drive out but worth the drive. Our puppy is on a special diet and we could not find his food in the area, the store owner ordered our food and started carrying it just for us! Made us feel really special.

You’re not going to find a better business than Paw Prints. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs since I moved to Colorado eight years ago and I wouldn’t go any where else. They provide outstanding service, sell great products and personally care about my dog Kiya. And Jennifer, our groomer, is outstanding. Go there… TODAY!

Have been going here for roughly about a year and LOVE IT! The staff is super friendly and always remembers my dog and my sisters (which is always with me) They treat them like royalty and they love every second they are there! The staff is very knowledgeable and more then willing to help in any way. The prices are not horrible either and I much prefer to help out a local business then a huge chain. I love all the holistic options and healthy options they provide. I highly recommend this store, their staff is exceptional and their love for animals shows. Check it out!

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at paw prints. They have a great selection of toys, not the typical «big box pet store» junk. The sales people are very knowledgable about the products they sell and even given me training tips for my new Scottie puppy. We attended their complementary small puppy play group and learned about dog behavior and The puppies had a great time.
Thank you Paw Prints, I made it through those puppy months… Do you have group therapy for owners with teenage dogs? ;-)

It’s a very small pet store but they carry very high quality foods for your cat or dog. They are always super friendly and offer to carry out the giant bag of dog food to my car every time. It’s a bit pricier than what you’ll find at a giant chain pet store but the quality of the ingredients make it worth it.
Plus they sell some pet accessories and home made treats that I’ll purchase every once in a while. Why not?! :)
I just refuse to go anywhere else for pet food now.

I love this place. They call themselves a pet boutique – it’s where I buy most of my dogs’ food, treats, and toys. I don’t know what THEY mean by boutique, and I suppose I don’t care. They sell healthy pet foods as an alternative to Kibbles-​and-​Bits and other grocery chain fare. You won’t find a bag of Ol’ Roy on the shelves at Paw Prints. What you will find is food made from quality ingredients (my dog needs a high protein diet sans the cereal fillers) like salmon, lamb or potato, etc. And a staff that knows the products they sell.
They aren’t cheap, but I don’t mind paying a little extra for expertise. They’re a small business, where they have a stable staff, they know me by name, and I can count on good customer service. If I need a special product, they’ll order it for me and usually can have it in a day or two. Try that at the big box stores!

My initial review of Paw Prints was from three years ago, so I thought I’d write a quick update.
I stopped back in after that first visit and had a not-​so-​great visit (stuffy staff member.) It really turned me off, and by that point I’d become a pretty loyal client of Pet Outfitters in Greenwood Village. I stopped visiting this location, though I did stop into the Highlands Ranch location a few times to pick up cat food for a client.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I was low on dog food and didn’t feel like driving to my new go-​to store (Ritzy Rover in Highlands Ranch.) I’d stopped into the HR Paw Prints location to kill time earlier in the month, and had found out that although they do not offer a reward program for Taste of the Wild, the large bag was $ 5 cheaper than Pet Outfitters (and the same price as RRover.)
So, I stopped in to Paw Prints on Yosemite, picked up my bag of food and a couple bison trachea’s for the pups, and chatted with the clerks. They noticed my scratchy voice (leftovers from the bronchitis I’d had) and offered to carry the bag to my car.
I have a feeling I may be stopping in to purchase dog food more often. This location is just so close to my house, and many of my clients rave about the service and specialty products they sell.

Even though Paw Prints is not close to home, it is pretty close to work and makes for a convenient stop during lunch when the dog needs a food refill. Since these sorts of pet boutiques tend to keep normal hours that are parallel with when I work, it just makes sense to go to a place close to work verus home.
They carry most of the natural brands and I’ve noticed they tend to be a few dollars less than similar stores. Much appreciated! That and having my frequent buyer card here is what keeps me coming back.
They also have the standard doggy fare such as Kongs, natural treats, Bully sticks, leashes, etc. A small, but well-​stocked store.
The staff is also very willing to help. I was once staring dumbfoundedly at the dog brushes and combs and someone helped me determine just the right comb for a shedding Shiba.
I like Paw Prints. This place has never let me down.
