Absolutely horrible experience. We bought a printer and mailing machine from them. A month later, the mailing machine still isn’t up and running. It took several weeks for the printer. Excuses and complete lack of ownership. It makes me seriously wonder what our ongoing support is going to be like. At the moment, we have a 4′ brick sitting on the counter. I am very, very disappointed in the level of service we have received. Were I to do it over again, I would select another vendor.
