I LOVE the food here, don’t get me wrong, but I will not be coming back to this location. We came in during the lunch rush last week and their manager Matt(I think was his name) was VERY rude. He kept telling us the food would take a long time(as if to turn us away and go somewhere else b/c they were so busy). He got irritated when I ordered a panini and 2 kids grilled cheeses. I’m not sure why it was such a big deal to him, but he was just very rude. When I asked another employee if I could speak to manager, they said the man who was rude to us was him. Really? If he can’t work under the pressure of a lunch rush, maybe someone else should be the manager there. Take your business a few miles away to the Lone Tree location. MUCH better service and friendly employees.

Two stars only because the salad was decent. The guy who was taking my order is an arrogant miserable person who needs to find other employment because working with customers is clearly not his forte. I’m not sure if he’s manager or not but he was wearing a black shirt and had a short hair style with a beard/goatee. I really think he needs an attitude adjustment. I walked in at 10:50am on a Monday and as we walked up to the counter, he greeted us and I said well be a minute as we’re not familiar with he menu. He literally dropped his utensils in the bowl and walked away. Are you kidding Mr. Grumpy? Go home. My cousin got the same attitude from him as he was preparing her salad.

Fast and friendly service and the food was great, only downfall I would say is that it is a little more on the expensive side.

I wish they had a place like this near my home in California. I’m in centennial monthly helping out with my parents and I always stop in for their salads. Each salad on their menu is great. I love this healthy option.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday with my fiancée. She ordered the the Mad Molly Brown with Southwest Grilled Chicken while I got the Don Quixote with Citrus Grilled Chicken with a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Overall, it’s nothing special, and the salads are just okay. The dressing on both salads really lacked flavor, even at a «medium» level dressing. The sherry molasses vinaigrette on the Mad Molly Brown tasted more like oil than anything, so a few squeezes of lemon over the top was necessary to doctor it up. The creamy ginger dressing on the Don Quixote was also mild in flavor, although the concept is interesting. The ingredients seemed fresh, but they did not shine through in the salad. The chicken tortilla soup was good but didn’t taste like chicken tortilla soup. Cumin, lime, and salt is what it needs. Tip: Give your salad a mix before you start eating, as all the toppings(chicken, cheese, etc) ends up at the bottom of the bowl. For a $ 10 salad, it’s a bit pricey for what you get. I wouldn’t come here again. I want my salad to taste good, not just«healthy.»

Yet another disappointment in new places to eat. 35 minutes in line for a salad and drink that cost $ 15 is crazy! I got the Edgar big with I think marinated steak. It must be Kobe beef because for $ 4 and the minute portion it’s way expensive. By the way the little cubes of pre cooked meat are hard to find, taste in the salad and lacking in flavor when you do find one. The greens were fresh. The service very impersonal. I’ve had airport salads taste better and cheaper. This place is overhyped by anyone giving more then 3 stars. I had to lower to one star. That over priced steak is loaded with hard chewy fat. So I paid $ 4 more for very small amount of hard to chew steak.

Pretty good salads for a decent price. I had the salad with ginger dressing, quinoa and peanuts. It was good, but I never catch myself craving anything from this restaurant. However, their creamy lemon curry dressing is pretty awesome.

Great organic option for a meal. Salads and sandwiches with locally grown ingredients. I especially like the Ty Cobb Salad and the Annie Oakley Panini.

Had the special quinoa bowl Vespucci with slow roasted chicken. The chicken was very dry. Also had a regular Edgar Allan Poe salad with slow roasted chicken which was better. The Vespucci cost $ 9 and the salad $ 8.75. The cup of soup Colorado green chili cost only $ 2. Food was good and plentiful but the chicken was just so dry.

The food is great, but every Mad Greens location has employees that are touching food and don’t wear gloves.

Atmosphere: 7⁄10 It’s a quick spot for lunch in a corporate center-strip, so it’s casual. — — — — — — — — - Taste: 8⁄10 Enjoyed one of their«Premium Salads,» the Ty Cobb. Light, balanced, good flavor, nice suggested dressing. — — — — — — — — - Quality: 8⁄10 All you walk down the line watching them create your salad(chipotle-esque), you can see how fresh all of the ingredients are. The soup… eh. Super high in sodium. Warning to all my people w/high blood pressure — leave it alone — it’s not worth it. — — — — — — — — - Service: 7⁄10 They keep the line moving, which is good for a lunch destination — but they forgot to add the protein to my salad, and when I mentioned it to the cashier, she asked one of the assembly men and he said w/100% «no there’s chicken in there!» All you had to do was look playboy smh. So I was asked to come back if I didn’t find the chicken I was looking for… sure enough, they forgot the damn chicken. haha — — — — — — — — - Value: 8⁄10 If I spend over $ 10 for lunch, I’ve probably made a mistake — I spent $ 13 here. But that was my fault. Ordered the huge salad and a side soup. Thats more than any one person needs. — — — — — — — — - Comparative: 9⁄10 This place is up there w/my other favorite salad destination — Bread Zeppelin — — — — — — — — - Overall Personal Opinion: 7⁄10 Pretty good spot for lunch — but outside of that, I wouldn’t ever think to come back here. — — — — — — — — - Grade: 7.71(CC)

So came to Mad greens right at the beginning of lunch time today. It was slightly busy but nothing crazy. I had 1 order to pick up and another order I needed to purchase for myself. Staff was super nice and greeted me with a smile. However… The pick up order was the TY Cobb. The salad looked like it was the end of the bag and just not very appetizing. The chicken was fatty and still had a couple of veins attached. So instead of eating the salad I dug for the Bacon and avocado(which was also a little brown not a big deal). The salad that I purchased it was a custom mixed greens were fresh along with the other ingredients that I got in it, but half way through my salad was a great chunk of cardboard. So 2 stars for speed and customer service.

MAD greens is your typical, yet good run of the mill salad chain. What gives it a leg up on the competition is the great selection of dressings. I did notice some sub-par produce(brown and looking a bit mushy) or I would have given 4 stars. Great people working there — very helpful. Don’t think I’ll go back on this trip but good to know about.

This freakin’place is amazing! These salads are freshly prepared, delicious & worth every penny paid. The hummus & warm pita bread is definitely worth try. Best hummus I’ve had. I like that their sodas are made with real sugar. I’ve never been disappointed at any location. This place was no exception.

They have awesome salads! I had the Ivan premium salad with portobello mushrooms in sherry molasses vinaigrette. It was one of the yummiest salads i’ve ever had! the ingredients are very fresh. i also had the hummus and pita bread, which was also good. They have very interesting drinks. I had the Dry Soda in cucumber flavor. It sounds awful, but it was surprisingly refreshing and only 45 calories! I can’t comment on the décor or ambiance since someone brought me take-out, but my review based on the taste/quality of my salad is 5 stars!

I came here for a quick lunch a few weeks ago. Although the line was out the door, it moved pretty quickly especially considering they toss each salad in front of you. I believe we arrived there around noon, so prime lunch time. I had the caeser salad with a half cuban panini. The greens were crisp, the tomatoes were sweet and I had them go light on the dressing, which they did. The panini was the traditional cuban one would expect. The bread was nice and toasted. The meat was juicy which was cut perfectly by the tangy mustard. They really are efficient here. They make the salad while you’re in line but then give you a number to put at the table so they bring you the sandwich when it’s ready. Plus, who doesn’t feel better after eating a healthy lunch? I’ll definitely come back here. It’s lunch rotation worthy for sure.

Overall this is a great place to pick up a fresh lunch. The menu offers a lot of flexibility for you to create your own salad, wrap, or panini, but also has menu items from which to choose, including soup. The service is very friendly. The ingredients were fresh. I had the Iomomo, greens, apples(which they had forgotten, I discovered it when I got home), delicious cherry-vanilla nuts, craisins, and feta(I don’t eat cheese, but they let me sub another ingredient, I chose strawberries). I added citrus grilled chicken, but it really could have used some more seasoning. I topped it with balsamic vinaigrette, and it was a great blend of flavors. I love seeing my food made right in front of me, so I can see exactly what goes into it. The salad was quite delicious, and I will happily return for a good healthy lunch. The seating inside is a little limited, but there is a nice outdoor patio, as well.

MAD Greens is a refreshing option to the burgers and subs I normally get — and a much better/healthier choice. The folks behind the counter are pretty attentive and move you down the line quickly. If you are on the hungrier end — I recommend adding & doubling your protein. Surprising this has been able to fill me up without me feeling yucky later. Additionally, this place has one of the better«Coca-Cola» pours and has the syrup mix just a bit higher — which makes it taste better. I would try to avoid the 30 minute window between Noon and 12:30 as the line can get long. Other than that — the wait isn’t too bad.

Love salad! I expected more from Mad Greens though. At $ 7.50 a salad would it hurt them to add more greens? I’m not asking for more of the toppings just a better sized salad. Other than the cost and portion size, this place is 4*. Friendly, patient staff as it took me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted. There wasn’t a line, my husband and I were just indecisive. We settled on the Edgar Allen Poe salad and the Mad Rueben panini. Man, the panini was full of flavor, absolutely delicious. The size on the other hand was an average size sandwich I’d make my kids for lunch. At $ 7.50 that didn’t put a smile on my face. The salad, also delicious with the red pepper dressing being my favorite, again the size wasn’t anything to be impressed by. Our order was to-go, maybe that’s the reason for a smaller salad? I’m not a big water by any stretch of the imagination and half of this salad and panini didn’t do it for me. Again, delicious? Yes! Good value? Not even close. Bummer because I love salads. Go to Sweet Tomatoes… with a coupon its $ 7.50 for all-you-can-eat.
