We just had breakfast here and it was good. Nothing outrageously different about the menu or service, just predictably standard good food. The place was clean, the personnel were friendly and our food arrived quickly.

13 critical violations in a January health inspection, including storing food on the floor and at unsafe temperatures. Not to mention the décor is terribly outdated. There’s an Ihop right behind it, choose wisely.

My wife and I have been here 3 times in the last few weeks I have have really enjoyed all three times. The food has always been good, and the service has been equal to the quality of the food. I personally really enjoy the country benedict, and my wife switches between pancakes and French toast. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the small waiting area. I can understand it being a small restaurant, but if that’s the case and you know you’re going to have people waiting for food why not accommodate those people with more benches or something outside of the restaurant, rather than just have everyone standing in the entrance and having to move around everytime time someone else enters or tries to leave? As far as everyone talking about the inspection rating… keep in mind that the article in question waits until after they’ve slammed the restaurant to report that all deficiencies were corrected in a subsequent inspection.

Everyone was very friendly and our waitress was super enthusiastic. You can trll she loved her job. However, the food was just NOT good. Everything was bland. Like hospital food with dietary restrictions bland. I ordered the Gypsy Skillet and subbed the ham for sausage. There was absolutely no flavor at all, it was so disappointing. My BF ordered another skillet and his came out cold, they kindly took it back to warm it up. That too was flavorless. The only thing that was good were that pancakes and the fact they brought out warm syrup. I was excited to try this place out but was let down.

The service is great, the food is delicious and we are never disappointed when we are waited on by Francisco! We recommend the eggs and or salmon benedict.

Long story short, I wouldn’t come back here ever again. My boyfriend and I were blatantly ignored by 4 servers before one finally decided to grace us with her presence without so much as a «sorry for the wait…» that usually comes standard when you’re being ignored. She instead came up, shortly asked us what we wanted as if us choosing the establishment she is employed by over the IHOP that I could see from where I was sitting was an inconvenience. I say ignored because another party of 2 came in after us and I would argue that their behinds didn’t even touch the seat before they were greeted by the SAME server. I got the Colorado lite omelette and it was incredibly salty. My boyfriend got country fried steak and it wasn’t bad. Potatoes were bland. However, the cinnamon roll latte was nice and the orange juice was fresh squeezed and was very tasty. We watched 2 parties of regulars come in and get the royal treatment. So I guess the way to get good service is to suffer until you’ve been initiated into the Le Peep Elite Club. But if you’re new in town or looking to try something new, go somewhere else. However, as soon as they got their money, the host came over and asked how everything was and apologized after he put my boyfriend on the spot with the way he asked how everything was. For as long as I had to wait, I would’ve gone to my personal favorite, Snooze.

This place lived up to my high expectations. Fastest service that I’ve had in Denver and the Eggs Bendict was wonderful. My only critique is that the Hollandaise sauce had broken just a bit and I didn’t taste any of the traditional lemon notes typically found in a Hollandaise. Still, really good.

Great breakfast food! The best eggs I have ever tasted! Also, I ordered a tea and they provided me a decanter of tea at my table! I love this idea! This is a wonderful place! I was most impressed with how clean the restaurant is kept! Good job! The only negative is prices were high but I would definitely return regardless.

Had brunch here today after a soccer game. The manager, hostess & waitress were great. Probably one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time, especially with our party of 9. Here’s the issue… the food was… just ok. It wasn’t horrible or anything like that & I left full, but it just wasn’t anything spectacular. I ordered the Irish Benedict with corned beef. I was really disappointed because it tasted like it was right out of a can. I’m hoping it was just an off day & my next Le Peep experience will be fabulous… including the food!

This place is great!!! How does it only have 3 stars??? I know they have quite the wait on weekends, but isn’t that a sign of a good establishment? Awesome breakfast, friendly service.

Would give this 4.5 stars if I could. I’m not sure what all these low reviews are for… some complain about the wait(hello — going to brunch on a weekend… I don’t know what planet you live on, but there will be a wait). Others complain that the food is no better than IHOP and I have to respectfully disagree — this food was MUCH, MUCH better than IHOP. In fact, other than serving breakfast… I couldn’t even compare the two. Re: the wait. It really wasn’t bad. We had a party of 6, on a Sunday at 10:30am and we were seated by 10:50am, and the server came to our table immediately. She was extremely attentive, and brought us our drinks right away. They already had cold lemon water on the table for you, which was nice(I’m not a lemon water fan, but my family loved that extra touch). You can get regular water without lemon if you’re like me. We ordered: — their famous gooey buns — ohmygosh. Get them. Get them. Get them. Sticky, gooey, sweet, delicious. English muffins with sticky burnt sugar, toasted almonds, cream cheese — Breakfast(wet) burrito with chorizo — it was the size of my arm, seriously, but it was everything you want in a wet burrito — stuffed with delicious meat, eggs, cheese, veggies, smothered in sauce — Harvest Benedict — delicious. My mom wanted more spinach, less green peppers, but it was two perfectly poached eggs, creamy holland aide — French toast — fluffy, cinnamon-y, very filling. It comes with more than enough servings — 4 – 5 slices! — Hen Pen — 2 eggs any style, toast, potatoes, and meat of your choice. Simple but delicious. They cooked my eggs perfectly(so much yolk porn!), and the turkey sausage was yummy. I’m not a bacon eater but my family is and they raved about the crispy bacon. They ended up getting 4 orders by the time we got the bill! They said you just can’t miss ordering it. It was deliciously crispy, not soggy, or greasy. Definitely coming here again!!!

It’s been some time since I’ve been to this location and I must say first impression is definitely good. They have done a complete remodel since my last visit that really opens the place up. It looks so fresh and clean. My memory of the old décor was dark and dingy which always seemed old and dirty. The remodel, I discovered as I was checking out, was completed within the month. This was a wise choice in my opinion as their food has always been spot on. Staff in the past has been hit or miss but today our server was quick, attentive and friendly. Sadly I didn’t get his name this visit. Went with the wanderer, which is a skillet of potatoes, bacon and cheese with eggs over top(I chose medium) and an English muffin on the side. Plenty of food and cooked to perfection. You can only be a great breakfast location when you know how to cook eggs– and this location does. I’ll definitely be coming by more often now that it’s so much nicer inside.

New management and owners. Hope they get it together quick. They are very sweet and service is good but the need to fix the food. I will return in a couple weeks and hopefully change my rating. It’s only been one week..

We had to wait for our breakfast for what seemed like a really long time. My husband took 1 bite of his omelette, when I happen to notice a hair in it! Gross! Don’t your cooks wear hair nets? They did make him a new plate, but didn’t offer us a discount. Shame on you Le Peep. we will not be coming back.

I hadn’t been to Le Peep in years, so thought we’d try it out for breakfast last weekend. Should have stayed home instead… Service was slow, food was warm, not great. Skillet wasn’t anything to write home about. All in all, not a good experience.

Third time I have had brunch here. Wait time isn’t bad, friendly staff, solid breakfast food. My usual is the Spinaker which is an egg white omelet with spinach, cheese, tomatoes, and bacon. Comes with a healthy side of cottage fries(which I tell them to extra brown) and a choice of type of English muffin. Always good. My husband has had the ranchers breakfast with great pancakes and the ranchers benedict which has biscuits and sausage gravy. Food is always consistent… not breathtaking like others have said but still good and better than going to the VI.

Food is ok. Nothing to loose sleep over. I always make sure i have a coupon for this place. I got the skillet dish today but my potatoes were dry and kinda hard. My English muffin was soaked in butter. Guess will need to order«no butter» next time.
