Just came here for my first time because I saw the deal outside an hour for 49 minutes. And here’s the thing, there’s no catch. It was an awesome massage, I met with Haley. I ended up joining their massage wellness program club. Normally I wouldn’t do that kind of thing, but there’s no fee to join, and you can cancel at any time. Haley was amazing, I’m a runner and have been having problems with my knees, she found The real problem which was in my lower back. I can’t wait to come back here. I always feel like these places are scammers… But this one is awesome. You should come here!

My Elements membership is such a treat. As with most working moms, I rarely take time for myself, and often feel guilty when I do — this is one guilty pleasure I plan to keep and take full advantage of! My primary goal is a little escape from reality and general relaxation, thus I’ve always stuck to traditional Swedish massages. After talking to Chelsea about my lifestyle, activity levels and goals, she has broadened my massage horizons to include shiatsu and trigger point — two types I probably would have never tried were it not for her understanding of what I was looking for. Aside from great massages, their membership program makes it a no brainer. Appointments are easy to book and since they have extended evening and weekend hours, I can get in when it makes sense for me. My only«complaint» is that I share the membership with my husband so I only get to go every other month.

As far as technical massage techniques and rhythm, I am not much of an expert. I do know that the overall experience is what is most important to me. At the front desk, I was greeted by Sandra — she was very pleasant and kind. The waiting area is comfortable and soothing. Joyce, my scheduled therapist, was running a little behind, but you wouldn’t have known that — she was very pleasant and put my mind at ease immediately. Joyce made the experience great! If I could offer any piece of advice it would be to have Sandra stand and greet people(I kind of felt like I was at a dr office) and to have some sort of flag/lock on the door that let the therapist know someone is ready for them. Overall, my experience was wonderful, I look forward to my next scheduled apt with Joyce.

Don’t get me wrong– WONDERFUL massage therapists here. TERRIBLE customer service outside of that. After I cancelled my membership, they charged me for it twice!(Not consecutive months). The fact that my bank information is stored with them and they are still accessing it over a year after I cancelled my membership and they are randomly charging me membership fees makes me incredibly uneasy. They haven’t refunded my money. The first time this happened they had me use the money they took from my account to come in and get a massage. This time they aren’t contacting me back. It’s incredibly sketchy. So if you’re going here, DON’T GET A MEMBERSHIP! I mean, unless you like money disappearing from your bank account randomly over the past 15 months. Whatever floats your boat.

LaDawn was absolutely amazing. She is a sweet soft spoken women which had me a bit worried as to how effective she would be. But i was so pleasantly surprised at her strength and knowledge. I’m pretty picky about the work that i expect when i go in for a massage and I was definitely impressed with my results. She was able to use the trigger point method and get out knots that have been in my back for years. I would most definitely get a massage on a weekly basis if i could afford it. But even the amount of money it costs i would still say that it is worth going in to see her one time to see the worth of what you are paying. I’m extremely happy to have found her. The only down fall was that we didn’t have more time. – Kacie Holte
