I had an excellent experience at DHE. They replaced the hard drive on my Sony Laptop that was under the extended warranty. The went over and above my expectations. They put in a better hard drive than what was actually covered by the warranty. They also answered tons of unrelated questions I had about two other computers I have that they were not even working on. I’d highly recommend them.

I found them on the internet through the Toshiba repair website. The bios had been locked down by a virus and I could not access my computer. They cleaned it right up within a couple of days. The staff was knowledgeable and the waiting facilities were pleasant.

«What is that odd clicking sound coming from your laptop keyboard?» you say to yourself as you notice your computer is running extremely slow. Then, thinking that a ‘restart’ might make things better, you encounter a blue screen and at this point you know things are not going well. It’s official, your hard drive has gone kaput! I know, coz this happened to me a few weeks ago.
In search of a Toshiba authorized dealer I found this place (there is another in Denver, but DHE was closer). Lucky for me these techies were able to recover my files/​fotos/​essentials from my hard drive and install a new one. While I learned the valuable lesson to backup and I was set back a few hundred dollars, I am grateful these guys were able to recover the past 4 yrs of my life that I had stored on this pretty baby I’m typing on right now. They are not only authorized sales/​service peeps for Toshiba, but from their adverts they do IBM/​Lenova and HP as well.
