I am sorry that Jamie and Cathie had such poor experiences. I was actually living in Colorado when I wrote this review and Tom did in fact save me a bunch of money. It sounds like his customer service has plummeted so I apologize for the rave review of someone who is no longer reliable.

Still no return phone calls or emails. This guy is MIA and we are out thousands of dollars.
The address listed here is in a strip mall and is a pack and ship store. The address on Angie’s List is a pizza restaurant.

I originally had a great experience with Tom, he was responsive and helpful, but that was a year ago. He replaced the motor on my A/C and this year it’s now making noises that it’s not supposed to make. I called Tom and he promised to come on a Saturday, I waited all day and called several times and never got a return call back. I did call him again several days later and did get a hold of him. He did come out the following the Saturday and determined that the noise was coming from the motor that he replaced the previous and because it was still under warranty he’d replace without any charge to me on the following Monday. Several days have gone by and several phone calls and messages later I still have not been able to get a hold of Tom and the work has not been completed. I am very disappointed in Tom’s customer service and lack of responsiveness and integrity.

Just wanted to thank Tom for saving my family from the last cold days of Spring. The snow started falling yesterday and my heater quit, leaving us in a home somewhere near 50 degrees. One quick call, a 30min visit and we’re back in business!
