SUMMER WIND PARADISE YACHT CRUISES

I’ve been aboard Summer Wind on four occasions. Two of their regularly scheduled tours, one of their Sunday Brunch excursions and once for a private wedding reception; all of which were delightful.
The lake, Lake Chautauqua is a really small lake which at its widest point is only a mile and I would guess being but about 20 miles, if that, in length. However, it is a fun lake with all sorts of sights to see and fun things to do. The best part about Summer Wind and the fact that it is on such a small lake, you never need to fear changes in weather conditions. It just doesn’t get rough.
As for the Summer Wind, it’s the biggest boat on the lake, the crew members are all friendly, polite, accommodating and helpful. It’s also nicely appointed and a real pleasure to be aboard. And if you have kids, you’re more than welcome to take them right up to the helm, show them around and chat with the captain; matter of fact he might even let them take over control of the helm but of course under his watchful guidance. There’s none of this Homeland Security crap or other nonsense to put up with when boarding or on board the Summer Wind.
