So Wolff Tire said it would be 10 – 15 mins for new tires and alignment which I thought was quick but then over an hour later I asked the status and they told me another hour or so. I asked what happened with the 10 – 15 mins and they said they didn’t know they were doing an alignment. I wonder when they figured it out? So I walked down to the barber shop and while chatting with my barber it turns out he gets a lot of business from Wolff Tire customers who are lied to about how long the service will take.
