Worst customer service ever. Tried buying a juice cleanse during the back Friday sale and the code they provided did not work. Reached out and spoke with Leah from customer service. She was rude and extremely unhelpful. She needs a lesson or two in customer service. Awful job Leah.

I’m rating this one as it’s the closest location to me and I ordered online.
I was a little upset you couldn’t pick and choose and that you still had to pay shipping on top of a groupon offer I had gotten. But all in all most of these juices were tasty.
I can’t comment on the shop, or the workers, or even the service because like I said, I was an online customer, however it was shipped in a cooler with ice packs and sorta messy but rubber banded together trying to avoid it.
I didn’t feel very cleansed lol but who knows. For the price. I dnno. Decent.
Our favorite was a clear favorite for the both of us– the coconut!
If you do go, it’s cold press out of a bottle, not fresh so be warned, the sugar content in these things are way too high as well.

Great juices. Coconut island was my fav. Didn’t like morning glory. Got a 3 day juicing at the store. The girl was helpful.

like everyone else I bought the groupon deal. I live in the nyc area and wanted to pick up my order, when I call each of their 3 locations I was told that they no longer honor the groupon. The girl over the phone told me to get a refund for the useless groupon and to go to the store to make the purchase at a much higher price. Now I’m stuck on the phone with groupon with a wait time of 20 — 30 minutes to cancel this.

I was excited to to start juicing for the first time wanted to try it out. When my shipment arrived I received all my juices on time. 1^st day was kinda hard but I loved all the juices didn’t have a problem drinking them. Day 2. It was the same a little headache between hours but felt great. I did noticed that my juices were tasting sour &’ not normal. By day 3 my juices were spoiled I was truly upset I couldn’t continue w my juicing. I wish I would of done all 3 days completely to give a better review !
I don’t know if I will do it again since it doesn’t last for the 3 days &’ it goes to waste.

I’d like to update my post. After all the hassle, JUS by Julie gave me a shipping refund and a voucher for another juice cleanse in the future. I am hoping my second experience will be better than my first.

I was happy to see a juice store opening up but I was expecting a juice bar to get fresh juice. Apparently this spot sells pre packages juice that they cold press. It was good but you have to try them all to figure out your favorites it’s not like if you go to a juice bar and it’s too bitter you can ask them to add a apple. I think the idea is cute but it’s not for me. I like a fresh juice juiced right in front of me :) I liked the cashew drink but didn’t like the green juice. :/

jus by julie not only sounds good, but it also tastes good. i started doing a juice cleanse after a meat-​intensive weekend. at first, i wasn’t too sure what the rave was about and if it was actually going to make a difference. but now i understand. it’s all about detoxifying your body of the «harmful» toxins. the first night was the hardest, but if you stick to it, it was all worth it. in the end, i definitely felt like i challenged myself and felt a huge difference in my body. it also suppressed my appetite. i feel more conscious now about the portions i eat and what i eat.
the only concern is that you don’t get it right away as it takes time to process. but because all the juices are freshly pressed, they are shipped overnight in a cooler bag.
