Came in to have results from a previous MRI. They first asked for an additional copay. Then they had us wait in the waiting room for up to 1 hour. I really can’t understand why appointments are made if you are expected to wait for such a long period of time. Do the doctors think that we have nothing other than wait for them at least the cable company calls you prior to coming to your house.
Niw they have us waiting in an examination room for an additional 30 minutes and doctor. This is a real joke and is insulting!
