I LOVETHISSTORE!!! The owners, a mother/daughter duo are super helpful and so nice — they always have great suggestions and show me merchandise they think I might like based on stuff I’ve already picked out. The stuff there is so cute and unique. I always shop there for gifts and my gifts are always a hit!

Can’t get enough of this store! Love the atmosphere, and the ladies there are beyond helpful, without being pushy! While I was there last, a gal came in with a dress for a wedding, and one of the owners helped her pick accessories to match. It looked like they were all having a great time shopping! Prices are good, and everything is very unique. Something for everyone! They’ve recently moved into a new space, and one side of the store is now home goods! Watch out ladies, it’s dangerous:)

I went into your store today for the first time. Probably for only two minutes due to the completely terrible customer service and rudeness I received. I simply asked the worker(probably the owner)(older, blonde hair, glasses) the price of candles that were not marked. She huffed and acted like it was such a hassle to walk over and help me. She then was completely rude and said«the prices are on there.» I showed her the specifically that they were not and she again acted like she was doing me a favor by showing me one that did have the price on. She walked away right after. I walked straight out. I can say that I will never return or give them my business and I will definitely let others know of the bad experience I had! So sad because I usually love all the Cedarburg shops and highly recommend them. Not Posh!(I posted this on their Facebook Recommendations and they deleted it right away)

I, too, experienced very poor customer service at Posh. I was rather shocked by the horrible experience. I went in to EXCHANGE a purse given to me as a birthday present. Granted, I did not have the receipt. However, the bag still had the tag, was clearly not used and matched existing merchandise in the store. My daughter was told I would not need a gift receipt when she purchased it and raved about how helpful the owner was in selecting the gift. Imagine my surprise when I received a nasty look from the woman behind the counter with the statement… well, I have no idea how long you have had this bag, treating me like I was some scammer. I relayed my daughters message and still got the stone face. I asked to speak with the owner and was shocked to hear this person was the owner. I asked my daughter to follow up and she went to the store and was really disappointed to find that the person who originally helped her was the same person behind the counter. She was also rude to my daughter. She finally relented and gave my daughter a gift certificate for me to use. Obviously, they like you when you are buying but have no skills whatsoever with anything else. I still have to use the gift certificate but I dread going into this store. I have lived in Cedarburg for over 10 years and always bring visitors to shop. This store was usually on the itinerary but will definitely be passed by going forward. Kind of doubt how long they will last… and really embarrassed that a store in Cedarburg represents our town this way.
