Dr. Ross and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process!!! He explained in detail what I need to go through for LASIK surgery and he will help with the pre-​op and post-​op procedures. My husband and I are so glad we started going here!

I chose this location based on what they had to offer on their website, including the ability to book my appointment through the website. I was able to fill out all of my forms online and once I got to the The front desk lady (excuse me for forgetting her name) was very pleasant to deal with. She greeted us with a smile, was very friendly with my son (the appointment was for him) and went through everything thoroughly. Dr. Ross was very friendly and educational as well. He explained everything he was doing to my son (not me), which made him pay attention and understand more what the doctor was telling him.
Over all it was a very pleasant experience and have booked my appointment for my daughter in 2 weeks. :)

I have personally been dealing with eye doctors annually since the age of 7 years old. I have never been to an eye doctor’s office that made me feel so welcome. With in 5 minutes of meeting Jules, we were talking like we were old friends. Such a warm and comfortable person to be around.
Dr. Ross was absolutely top notch. He covered every issue I had on the pre interview on the website and so much more. He explained everything in detail. I had expressed interest on cosmetic contacts and instead of jumping in and making me pay through the nose since they won’t be covered by insurance (cosmetic) he said he’d contact a couple of the companies he deals with to get pricing for me before hand. Plus, all of his up to date technology made the appointment a breeze.
I will refer anyone who asks to him. 100% satisfied.
