Landmark Feed Seed & Supply

I would give this store a 2 star in customer service. Rude, rude, rude. While they do carry almost every product available, the store atmosphere was terrible. Seemed like the staff was more interested in being smug and witty than helpful. I asked for a product in a larger size and they said they would order it for me. Took my name and number but never called. Bad parking, terrible customer service, and blowing off customers made my one visit my last.

We moved from Milwaukee to Cedarburg a little over 2 years ago. As we are very picky about what we feed our 2 dogs and cat (and not all stores carry what we feed), we continued to frequent our milw pet supply store that always had what we needed in stock. Then we found a store in cedarburg that carried, and bought what we needed if they didn’t carry it. Then, they closed. :(
So, we then called Landmark to ask if they could supply some of the foods (that they didn’t already carry) we feed to our critters. They said «Absolutely!» and we haven’t turned back since! I love shopping local as often as I can, and landmark truly bends over backwards to help us out to ensure they have what we need in stock. The friendliest, most laid back group of guys working there… always a pleasure going in! Plus, they have amazing brats for sale that we grab every now and then :) Great customer service + great products = one loyal customer in me! Landmark is truly a cedarburg gem! So happy to have found you!

Among all the products Landmark carries, including horse feed, cat and other pet food and products, we come here for wild bird seed and squirrel feed. Hands down, their prices are competitive with all the well known big box/​discount stores, including Fleet Farm.
Today, a 40 lb bag of black oil sunflower seed was on sale for $ 17.95. (Fleet Farm: $ 19.99). We also buy ten pound bags of «factory reject» peanuts here to feed squirrels. Price: $ 12.95.
They’ve got a large array of bird feeder products and a huge variety of feed items.
The folks who work here are helpful, friendly and kicked back. Their feline mascot «Tigger» is the store’s cuddly, affectionate ambassador that we can’t keep our paws off of.
