The Flue Doctor

I couldn’t be happier with our results! We just moved here and into an old home… lit up our first fire… smoked the house out. Called this company for an inspection and Lindsey was wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. They squeezed me in (during their crazy busy time too!) and Shad and his assistant showed up on time with a smile. We discovered the insert fireplace was not to code and needed an insert and to be cleaned. Shad left with admonition «don’t light your fireplace until it’s fixed, you could have a chimney fire there is so much creosote.» So they ordered the parts, and a week later they came back… and began cleaning the chimney and placing the insert etc. When I saw how respectful they were of our things and kept everything extremely clean esp. for such a messy job… I was very impressed. Shad took out 15 buckets of creosote from our chimney!!! We our so blessed that we didn’t have a chimney fire… and that now our fireplace is so efficient it heats up our whole home. I found it very ironic that the contractor’s name was Shad… working in the fiery furnace. You couldn’t be in better hands. :)

Very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We have had our wood stove cleaned many times in the past 30 years, and never have felt so «well taken care of «– Before leaving they cleaned «every corner» inside and out – even cleaned the glass on the front of the unit.
The lady who set up our appointment by phone was so nice and very understanding
about the business. She was a large part of why we chose this company in the first place ! THANKS FOLKS !
