I am very disappointed with Carl (UV Films). Our wedding is just days away and he emails me he can’t make it. He said they won’t be getting back in time for our wedding and have plenty of sleep. He claimed he emailed me, but didnt (I throughly reviewed his emails along with emails from UV films). A professional wouldve called. He is very unorganized as he has confused me with his other clients. He has given me their username and passwords to their portals. I am sorry but that is NOT very professional. I knew it sounded to good to be true… the end product and the price seemed ideal… I am 17 years active duty in the US Navy and he offered me a miltary discount. That was something else… he offered me 1 price over the phone then he sent me the invoice and I noticed he no longer honored the price he offered me.
