The Mac is whack! They are a corporate business, and this is what they’ll value over customer service. They do not explain their 45 day cancelation policy upfront, even though I had asked about it when joining. Once you cancel, you still pay all dues for 45 days, including the yearly «enhancement fee», which is just code for another way they can take more $$ from you. So I was charged this fee for the year, on top of my monthly dues, even though my membership is canceled in 2 weeks. They are collecting over $ 150 from me just during the cancelation process! There are better gyms to choose from in this town. Don’t waste your time and $$ at The Mac!
