Miracle Eyebrow

Worst place ever! Every time I go there there is not anyone there. (Been there around 5 times) I told her about it after waiting multiple times for longer then 20 min that I was not very happy and she did not even apologize. Why I kept going back is beyond me. Today was the last straw she gave me her phone # to call her from last time and went right to voicemail. Called the other # she gave me and a man said she is there and asked how many people were waiting!!! (Why does it matter how many people are waiting I’M waiting) I went down to the customer service at the mall and voiced my opinion. Came back up and the man was there told him this is not how you run a business and he had not to say. The lady then showed up and said I’m here now I can do your eyebrows (once again did not even apologize) I said this is bad business for you no one is ever here she said yes there was this morning!!! I could not take it anymore told her I will NEVER be back!

Worst. Ever. I wish I had known before I went how terrible this place is. The lady working was beyond rude. She made my eyebrows uneven and couldn’t have cared less. When it came time to pay, she rang it up and gave me a receipt for paying cash. I had to ask her why and she said the credit card machine was broken and to give her cash. Would’ve been good to know since I didn’t have any cash and had to pay the extra fee for the ATM. When she gave me change back, it was a $ 10. I told her I wanted to tip her (God knows why. Guess because I’m a nice person. I’ll learn someday.) and she said she didn’t have change so I would have to tip her $ 10. She was sitting and talking to the others there the whole time and barely acknowledged my existence the whole time. Guess that’s why my eyebrows were so uneven afterwards. I could not NOT recommend this place enough.

My brows were whipped into shape here! I love that the young lady threading my eyebrows followed my instructions exactly to shape my brows the way that I wanted them. I hate to sit down in someone’s chair and they immediately try to begin working… instead we had a conversation about what I wanted to make sure I was pleased. Reasonably priced, I’ll be back for my maintenance every 3−4wks!
The only down side is that there is little privacy. This is an enclosed kiosk in the center aisle of the mall… but as long as you don’t stop in on a busy Saturday afternoon, you should be fine for a 5min threading! The results are worth it!
