Lancer Lanes Pro Shop

I was in Cedar Rapids recently for state bowling tournament and this was one of the two places where the events were held at. Compared to Cedar Rapids Bowling Center this place is a dungeon. It’s old, there isn’t much room in the settee area, and from a bowlers point of the view the lanes are horrible (but I won’t delve further into that because most people on here probably aren’t competitive bowlers.) I was really just unimpressed with the whole place. We were on the morning shift so they were serving Bloody Marys on special for $ 4.00, which really isn’t much of a special and even worse they tasted watered down. The place was just old and run down looking, both inside and out. Wood paneling went out of style at least 30 years ago but apparently nobody told them. My advice for recreational bowlers in the CR area, look elsewhere.
