This is a wonderful yoga studio. I have been taking classes for three years. The studio is in a former warehouse — high ceilings, wood floors, large windows — wonderful space. The instructors are great. I’ve had Brenda but all the occasional substitutes are wonderful too so I don’t think you can go wrong in choosing an instructor. They have all the equipment that you may need — mats, etc. Just come wearing comfortable clothes. Oh, and guys please feel welcome. My particular class has 25 — 45% male students on any given day.
