WORSTSHELLACEVER. I get my nails done every two weeks. I was in Cedar Rapids for work and they charged me $ 32 for a «manicure» that took– wait for it– 17 minutes. My nails were uneven, she spent maybe 10 seconds on my cuticles that needed some major TLC, and my polish was chunky and messy. She went to apply the top coat and I had to ask her to do a second coat because the first coat was completely see through. While my nails sat in the uv dryer, she took her shoes off, put her feet up on the chair and READ A BOOK. I can overlook a lot if the service provider is friendly and does their best but she clearly hated her job. To top it all off, this place was incredibly dirty. Worst customer service ever and cost $ 10 more than what I pay at a clean, high end nail salon in Des Moines. Then they argued with me about why the manicure took such little time. Will NEVERBEBACK.

I hate to do this, however I have to write this review for others to see. The people who worked in this salon were nice, however they charged me and arm and a leg for a shellac pedicure and pink and white nails. Like over $ 115.00. For a small nail salon that looks and feels nothing like spa this is WAYYWAYYY over priced. Also, nails looked awful, chunky and already lifting after 1 day. I’m so sorry Fancy Nails, I will never be back. Also, once I paid the ridiculous bill, they barely even said goodbye. Once she had my money, the mood changed. Also, I had to get my nails filed down and fixed the very next day so my nails at least looked presentable:(. More $$ out the door. I’m not a happy camper!
