Express

The only thing at Express that I stand by are their dress slacks. These are great! They fit great, they look great, they last forever. But at $ 80 bucks a pop, I usually wait for a Buy One Get One ½ Off sale. They do have nice button-​up dress shirts and cardigans in a variety of colors and patterns.
I don’t really think a lot of their clothes are too flattering and overall, are over-​priced. Just not my style as far as casual attire. Occasionally I will find a cute jacket or sweater, but for the most part I do my «tops shopping» elsewhere. As far as jewelry, they have some nice, classical pieces and some trendy pieces. A good mix, but also expensive for the quality. I bought some rings there recently that I absolutely loved… and the finish has already worn off and they look absolutely terrible!
The customer service is pretty good. But it seems that no matter which store I visit (out of state, or just another mall) the attitude is sort of «valley girl».
