I was very pleased with the service provided by this establishment. Recently took my Droid in to see if there would be a remedy for the screen that lifting up on one end of the phone. Not a problem. Took it in the back room and put a touch of hot glue on it and it was as good as new. Was very impressed with how the manager and office personnel handled an incident with an irate customer while I was waiting. All I can say is, don’t come in to this business thinking that the louder you screen and holler the quicker you will get what you want. Don’t try to beat the system with these professionals. They will stick to any warranty problems if it happens to be that they are too blame for stated problem. If you are the guilty party for the problem, live up to it and bite the bullet. Would advise any you with gadget problems to take them in to these guys. They will do their best to make it right.

Took my Galaxy S5 to this store to fix what I thought was a simple problem, my charge port was broken and called to see if they could fix it. Scott(manager apparently) told me they could fix it even though I run off of Tmobile and they had 4 of the parts in store. Took it in on Sunday(March 1st) and was told it would be a simple 2 hour repair. Well the 2 hour repair turned into supposedly a bad part and he was«mistaken» about having 4 extra parts. They needed to have the good part shipped in and in the process of trying to fix my port, he managed to break my screen. He then had the nerve to tell me, «you’re lucky I’m not charging you to fix the screen.» Are you kidding me??? You broke my screen, I’m not paying for you to fix it. So 2 hours turned into me not having my phone for 4 days. So after calling and complaining to corporate, the 105 dollar charge was waived. Only reason I’m leaving 1 star is because they made it right by not charging me anything. Sad that it took a call to corporate and the owner to get what we needed, but beware. This isn’t the 1st review stating they have had this type of situation. Scott the manager needs a few pointers on customer service etiquette and how to talk to customers. Also when asked to speak with a manager, he stated he was and wouldn’t give us any more information to go above him. We had to call the Coralville location to get any further information. Poor business practices! Get your phone fixed here at your own risk.

Visited new location in Coralville today. Fixing my iMac. I highly recommend. Great customer service as well. They follow-up and there are no hidden charges or fees.

Took my galaxy s4 in with a cracked screen and was able to get it fixed same day. A miscommunication in the back room lead to a small delay in the repair time but once they realized that they stayed open late for me to make sure they got my phone fixed that day. Friendly and trustworthy staff.

WOW, Great service and great prices. Less than ½ of what Apple wanted to replace a screen on an IPhone 4S. They do a great job and are very helpful. I am from out of town and needed my phone back ASAP and they certainly provided the service. I hope the people in Cedar Rapids support these folks. Greg Scott

Had a 4 month long ordeal resolved after they broke my phone. They did end up replacing the phone a couple months ago and were finally able to recover all of the lost information. I wasn’t happy with the amount of time it took, but in the end I am back to even, thanks guys for not giving up and finally getting it done.

Went with my grandmother to get an iPad 2 screen repaired. We got home and found many dead spots on the screen. We now have to take it back to get fixed. This sort of thing wouldn’t be more than an annoyance if I wasn’t leaving tomorrow. Now I have to help her take it back and maybe stay longer to make sure it gets fixed. Update: They fixed most of the errors. The parts they use make the Auto Lock/Unlock of the smartcover not work, but for my grandmother this is not an issue. The screen now works entirely.
