I purchased furniture here last weekend, including a sofa, live seat, dresser and mirror. When we took the cardboard off the mirror, it had a crack in it. I called and left a message after hours, and they called me back first thing today and they would replace it. I exchanged it and there was no hassle. They stood behind the product. Also the sofas are stylish, comfortable and reasonably priced. I cannot speak for how they will hold up, as I just bought them, but they were inexpensive and that is what I was seeking at this time.

I like the store.
I bought a leather sectional 10 y ago and I just sold it in a good shape.
Reasonable prices.
Not a lot of matching colors in the recliners but you will find something to buy.

Limited budget or not, you should check out Bills’ Brothers before heading over to Furniture Row, Slumberland, etc. I moved out of CR summer, 2011. Before moving I purchased and entire living room worth of furniture at Bills’ for much less than I would have paid at Sofa Mart, Pier 1, or other similar retailers. For a couch, loveseat, 2 lamps, sofa table and wall clock I spent under $ 500.Currently, I’m sitting on the couch I purchased and it’s now almost 3 years later. Thought the quality of the merchandise isn’t outstanding, my purchases have held up because I maintain my furniture. If you have large pets, children, people coming in and out of your home constantly, I’d look for quality/​durability before I’d look at price/​style. The wall clock I purchased from Bills’ 3 yrs. ago finally bit the dust after my most recent move, but it was only $ 20 to begin with. It was the second clock I purchased from Bills’ and I’ll be back for a third if I don’t find something in the meantime. Great place for smaller décor pieces: lamps, rugs, clocks, plant stands, etc. if you don’t want to pay the extreme prices elsewhere. Friendly, very helpful staff. Delivery guys were so-​so, but got the job done.

Our living room furniture (couch & loveseat) as well as our mattress came from Bill’s Bros. I would have to say for how little the price was, everything has held up great and still looks good as new! They do have other smaller household décor, like lamps, coffee tables/​side tables, clocks, and the like. Their website gives only a brief look at their inventory, you should really go into the store to see everything for yourself. I would definitely come here first if you arn’t on an unlimited budget.

Great furniture store! They have freight salvage furniture with a few little surface dings and such but also have new things to order. Everything from sofas to mattresses to area rugs to popcorn poppers. I have bought several things from here, big and small. The store can be somewhat crowded since they have SO much merchandise out on the floor. Great all around shop!
