I am a disabled veteran in wheelchair. My wife made reservations for them to pick us to get to the airport in Cedar Rapids. The driver never showed to pick us up, we missed our flight back to California. This company put my health in jeopardy due the diabetes and not enough medication. This company is at best is poorly run. It does not honor it’s verbal contracts. I am also filing a formal complaint with ADA to have his handicap license suspended or revoked.

They are the biggest cheaters. They are just standing at the airport to rip passengers off. Then meters are also rigged. I wouldnt advise anyone to use their services.
