We have called twice to set up an appointment. The first time after they were late we gave them a call to see when they were coming by. We were told it was «not on the clip board» and to make another appointment, which we did. The second time it was another no call, no show. Was told that they must have lost it again and that they would call us back in a half hour to reschedule. Never got the call back, and we had made arrangements to take the time off to be here for this appointment. Very disappointed!
