While on a road trip, my SUV was shaking enough to cause concern, and I needed to have it checked right away. Its always uncomfortable in unfamiliar territory to have your vehicle worked on, but turns out it was the perfect exit. I pulled off interstate in Cedar Rapids — saw a NAPA and decided to get a referral from them. A GREAT DECISION (mostly good luck) — they gave me Albert Auto’s info and they happened to be within a mile or so. The staff was very friendly and helpful — even looked at my vehicle within minutes, knowing I was just passing through and on a time schedule. Turns out — I found a an auto shop that was very honest, with exceptional service, and a surprisingly more than fair price! I am very very happy and thankful! AAA+++ (renate/​2000 pathfinder silver)
