Customer service rep, Pamela. She is rude to the customers, does nothing but give sarcasm when asked questions, and bashes Wal-​Mart to the customers. Management, pay attention!!! Is this the type of person you pay to represent your stores? I’m still in shock about how we were treated last night by this employee.

This place just makes me sad so I don’t think I am going to come back here anymore.
Several times I have found items on
and stopped in here to buy them — and they don’t have them in stock even though the website says they do. When I asked an employee, he says the website lies.
This is a little bit older store and it doesn’t appear that anyone that has cleaned it lately had the «eye of the tiger». I often run into shoppers at this store that match up with the pictures of the website we all know. On the plus side it is one place I don’t feel bad wearing my jorts.
The checkout is rarely quick and the lighting is depressing.

This Walmart is close to my house so it’s very convenient. It has a Burger King unit which is nice. The garden section is OK could be better. I do like their selection of produce and foods. Have everything I want and restock the shelves pretty good.

I absolutely hate Walmart as it is, but this has to be one of the worst stores in the chain. It’s always trashed, nothing is restocked and the cashiers are beyond rude.
Apparently you can no longer go shopping as a family without every single person (who is obviously well over 21) getting ID’d. If Walmart cannot trust their employees to decipher between a family grocery shopping and someone buying alcohol for minors, then perhaps they should look into hiring a higher class of employee…
I’ve maybe been to this location 10 times in the past year, and tonight was the last time they will get a dime of my money. You can get better quality groceries for a cheaper price at HEB.

I’ve used the auto shop for oil changes and tires and never had an unpleasant experience. As far as the merchandise, it’s a Wal Mart, nothing more really needs to be said. I’ve read some negative reviews regarding the customer service at this location, and I have to say that I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. I’ve experienced some rude customers, but like I said, it’s Wal Mart. The food selection is food. They have some good meat, especially the steaks. I haven’t bought a bad steak here. Their beer prices can be hit and miss depending on what the want to put on sale. If you don’t mind changing up brands, (I dont) then you can always find something g reasonably priced. They have a lot of domestic choices but not as many craft beer selections as other placea, so keep that in mind. Overall, decent store.

It’s a Walmart. In Cedar Park, so you can’t expect too much.
Experiences have generally been good, but the quality out of the automotive section can change — I’ve had one vehicle damaged (they paid for the repair) and have brought tires in only to be turned away as «we don’t do mount trailer tires». Keep it simple and you’ll be fine.

I came in to the vision center to have my daughter’s glasses fixed today. There are two employees here. They are working with customers. One employee got up to tend to something. I said «Hello.“She did not return the greeting. I’ve been here about fifteen minutes and no one has acknowledged our presence. There’s quite a bit of eye contact avoidance going on. I have watched as other customers have come in and also been ignored. Even when I’m busy with customers at work I always address customers that are waiting so that they know I understand they are waiting. It’s just the reasonable thing to do. The kind thing to do. Another employee came to the counter out of nowhere and saved the day. He greeted us, was courteous, and efficient. Thank you so much for your kindness, Alex! I really appreciated your excellent customer service. Way to recover customer satisfaction.

Hate walmart but sometimes beat out heb with meat prices… Just wish customers would wear clothing that #1 fits, # 2 doesn’t make you look like a trashy crack wh!?+

Avoid at all costs! Yes this is walmart but damn… a much better attitude from the employees would make such a difference.

Needed cleaning supplies to clean my car so I went in threw automotive to cut the lines .got caash back and have been waiting over 30 mins for my cash and still have received it and been over 30 mins. An assistant manager approached and didn’t even say a word .what friendly customer device .get it together

What can I say, it’s a Wal-​Mart. Clean well stocked. They never have many lanes open, so if you can use the self checkout, you might want to.

I don’t generally like going here, however, it has everything you need. This Walmart is pretty clean and the staff have been friendly so far.

Never stocked. Very rude managers and employees. When you ask for help the employees don’t know where the product is and talk and play around way to much. There is never any cashiers working at night even though there always hiring for a night cashier.
Can’t wait for the new Walmart to open up.

I went in for an oil change, they wrote up the job, and an odd thing happened, it seems the men were on a work «slow down»“
they did a little work on a car, then they would all stand around, of leave the area, I took my car and left, never again…

Wal-​Mart is Walmart. They have a bunch of cheap cheap but they do have some things that are cheaper than other places. This location is good about taking things back without a hassle. They use to have a McDonald’s there that was terrible but Burger King is coming.

A manager just called from walmart to address my concern. The outcome, we are sorry but you are out of luck. So i am left with phones which do not work and cost over a total of $ 100. Beware their warranty is only two weeks.

Hmm, I thought I wrote a review on this Walmart. It’s the closest one to my house. It is across the street from my HEB. I mention this as there have been a couple of times HEB didn’t have the grocery I wanted so I drive across the street.
No way, would I do my regular grocery shopping here. At least 50% of my shopping is in the produce department. I have always been disappointed with Walmart’s produce, most are sad looking. They do have excellent onion rolls.
What I do enjoy about this Walmart, it’s clean, organized, and fun. Fun? You ask. Yep, they let me pull a folding chair over from the furniture section to the Electronics section. I plop in front of a big screen TV, grab a bunch of free sample from the grocery area. I am set for a couple of hours. If it gets boring, I race over to the toy department and ride a bike around the aisles.
Have you ever tried pushing the buttons on the stuffed talking animals all at the same time? It is tough. I am also a sucker for those $ 5. DVD’s.

This walmart is laid out completely differently than most.. Its got what you need, to be honest I never knew this place was even there.
I live in RR and attend ACC in CP and turn at this intersection 2x a week.. and never knew there was a walmart there. There should be a bigger sign added somewhere. all this time.. .

This is for the AUTO Dept only… the rest of the store sucks as well, but it’s Walmart. Got an oil change here, saved $ 15 bucks, or so I thought.
A couple weeks later there was no oil in the car. The idiot «manager» in the Auto Dept told me they could not have possibly done anything wrong… Well I didn’t touch the oil filter, soooo I’m thinking you did. After his display in wonderful customer service, I got a real manager involved and got a refund.
If you like people who don’t know what they are doing and don’t really give a shit, this is the place for you!
