had a family member get the wrong gift card by mistake went right back in to ask if could be refunded and put on the correct card and walgreens would not do it even though we had asked right after the purchase was made, it was a mistake and they dont offer refunds on gift cards that arent used what if they give you a card you put money on and it doesnt work(being thier fault) then what your out the money you paid! Bad policy dont buy gift cards here! your better off going somewhere else to spend your money!

The bad reviews are isolated. The staff deals with a busy store and demanding and sometimes rude and impatient customers. They deserve a glowing review. Always friendly and great service. The pharmacy works out any issues and they always have cool collectibles and toys for my son.

Worst place ever. Customer service well what customer service. They tell you 10 minutes and an hour later they still don’t have perception ready. Then when they get it ready it take 15 minutes to check out.

This Walgreens is the worst. Every time I come here, the wait is longer than 2 hours. Myself and my husband have both had to fight with them to get name brand medications over genetic, even after my MDEXPLICITLY wrote it on the script and my insurance covers it. I refuse to come back here even though it is a good location. HEB’s pharmacy has given my family much better service and this is now where we choose to go for our pharmacy needs.

I really enjoy visiting from Walgreens at Lakeline Cypress Creek. The staff is almost always in a good mood and happy now. I really like the people in the pharmacy you want under a lot of pressure from patients with high expectations that think they are at McDonald’s. The droid app could use some work, but that has nothing to do with the great people at this location. Thank you guys for doing your best.

Would love everyone to know what an amazing, outstanding, caring and quick the pharmacist Melody Caponigro is. With all my medical conditions she is like a bright light while I’m going through so much. She is one of a kind and I 100% trust her advice. I wish I could give a 0 ranking! Over a 5 day period I went with my husband 4 different times to pick up his medicine. Each time the techs were RUDE and if they would have called my insurance company even one time, which we were told they do not do, this problem could have been avoided. Then the actual pharmacist, who was nice enough, was also unhelpful and tried to convince us to use the generic which would have been much more expensive than the branded product with a co-pay card. One of the Tech’s literally threw the phone down, was shaking her head at us and giving us an ‘eye’. Being in the customer service industry myself, I can not stand bad customer services. Walgreens needs to better train their employees. I will never be back as WGs does not deserve my business. Run!

This is my usual pharmacy and service is always good. I had called about three days ago to get a prescription refilled and a guy there told me I didn’t have anymore refills, so here I was calling my doctor to get my prescription, I was able to get ahold of the nurse today and she told me that I should have 3 refills. So I called Walgreens upset because they gave me the wrong info and here I was without my meds. Melissa answered the phone I explained what happened and sure enough she found that I did have 3 refills. She apologized for the others person mistake, she was super nice and helpful. Its rare now in days to get good customer service. Thank you

The other day I went in and had a much better experience, I am still disappointed with the service I did get when I left the 1 star. Played phone tag with the manager but I felt as if the manager just didn’t seem interested in solving the issue.

After moving here from another state, the staff here was so helpful, thoughtful and considerate! They always greet with a smile and are friendly courteous team! My only wish is that my family«back home» had a Walgreen’s this amazing to shop.

Been shorted on my daughter’s antibiotic twice now. Kinda scary since it comes pre-measured and all they have to do is add water and mix. Who knows how much she’s been getting each dose! Staff so far has been no help and waiting for the pharmacist to call when she comes in at 3:00. So far they have offered to fax a refill request to her dr. and then I would need to pay for a new prescription. I am totally shocked that this could even happen, hope it is resolved but I won’t be going back this pharmacy. Oh, and absolutely no apology or anything, they just keep saying it should last 10 days, don’t know why it hasn’t.All i can do is pay for another RX. I’m sorry but that is BULL****!!

Walgreen’s has always taken pretty good care of me, and every time I try a different pharmacy I end up really sorry. The pharmacist right now is Kim Pen, and she is really excellent, she actually come from around back to help me get some lice killing shampoo. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with, even when you have issues(for a little while I was getting shorted on my meds but didn’t realize it.) while I am still not 100% happy with that situation they pretty much did what they could for me to resolve the issue, and since have not had further issues(it has been a little over a year) they have a decent selection of greeting cards(for when you mess up and forget to get one until 10 minutes before you need it) but honestly I really only use them for the pharmacy, and occasionally some cheap cheap stuff for holidays(they usually have some pretty good sales, and an unusual assortment of holiday«stuff»
