Very clean, super-comfy bed, modern look, granite counters, small kitchen, quiet. Basic cable, cute little lending library in lobby though, free WiFi. Would have been 5 stars if there was coffee and cups to go along with the coffee maker, as well as shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and even a minimal continental breakfast available. I mean, give a girl a donut and some coffee in the morning for purchasing a room… :-/

When we made the reservation we told the guy we would be there around 11:30 and at about 9:30 he called and rudely asked where we were and if we were still coming. The rooms are okay. In the morning when we got ready to leave for our day we found that the water was off«due to an accident.» Every time we called the front desk we were told it would be on in 20ish minutes. Three calls later it was past checkout time and we were rudely told it was an accident not their fault so we had to leave with no shower. It is ridiculous that we payed 80+ dollars to stay the night in a room with no water in the morning. They are rude and not helpful.

Great value! the most comfortable bed I’ve seen except for the Ritz Carlton. Nice staff, real clean rooms and weekly rate was a steal. Beats the pants off a motel 6 type of place. Good location close to 183 and 45. Its not a Hampton Inn /La Quinta type of place with the pool and breakfast, but its Half the price and does have a small kitchen. Kitchen has toaster coffee maker, fridge and freezer with small ice tray, two burner stove and nothing else. I went to the good will a block north and got a plate, silver, a pan, a glass, a spatula and a chefs knife for like 5 bucks. went to Heb and got coffee, half and half, some food and drink, paper towels and was set for a week. Thanks Nick!

Clean! This hotel is new so everything is fresh in clean. Nothing fancy, but clean and new and for the price you can’t expect fancy. Cons– no pots or utensils, have to ask front desk for shampoo or iron, not to many channels, no Vh1, mtv, ESPN, no bravo, HBO or any other channel u might want to see. Lol, plus they want a $ 100 deposit… it would be better if they had pots for u to use or atleast rent for a night instead of having to buy at front desk for $ 30! It’s a nice pot set with utensils if u staying for a while or need at home but not for a few nights. Other than that bed is very comfortable. Will stay again if it’s under a $ 100 over that you are paying to much… the pictures on here are accurate

I had to stay in Austin for an extended weekend and a I ended up selecting this hotel from based on a combination of price, distance and quality of hotel. It’s about 20 – 30 minutes — ish from the UT campus. It’s located pretty conveniently off of 183 in Cedar Park. And there were lots of restaurants and stores within reach so I didn’t feel isolated by any means. This is a pretty new hotel, I believe, so that helps. All rooms are kitchen suites which is actually nice. My room had a refrigerator, stove top with 2 burners, and a microwave. I don’t believe there were any cooking utensils or pots and pans. That didn’t bother me because I just needed the refrigerator to keep my leftovers fresh for a day or two. Others who may be staying longer might not be so thrilled. I think they sold kitchen items at the front, I saw red spatula spoons behind the receptionist laid out on the counter. All rooms are outside entry. Parking is not gated. The room was roomy. It had a King bed with a nightstand, a recliner, table and 2 chairs and the kitchenette, a closet and a bathroom. Free WiFi. Basic cable. I really have no complaints. It always felt a bit damp in the room not sure why but it wasn’t off putting. They give you a small welcome bag which I liked. Mine had a bottle of water, some raspberry shortbread cookies(Knotts Berry Farms) and maybe something else that I cannot recall. I had to pay upon arrival which I thought was weird. I usually ended up being charged upon checkout. I would definitely return if the price was still right.

Stayed here for a business trip. Due to many events in the Austin area this was the only property anywhere near at a decent price so we booked on Priceline. During check in I had to pay for the rooms even though we had booked on Priceline — we may have been charged twice now but are still checking that out. Rooms are all outside entry. Small, and with cheap particle board furniture but it is in good repair and appears new. Bed is very comfortable. There is a stuffed bear on the bed with a card attached that is bizarre, hopefully I can attach a photo. They advertise DirecTV and that is true, but very limited less-than-basic channel selection. Only news channel is HLN, none of the Discovery or History channels. They do have RFD-TV so I guess if you want to learn how to inseminate cattle you’re good. Full kitchenette with coffeemaker but bring your own coffee. Overall one and a half stars.
