Sam Serenity Massage

While it was a great massage, and no wait. It was some what painful at times. I may have needed to stop it at one point, because I have a pretty siginificant shoulder bruise. There was a significant knot in that area, and he did have to put some muscle in to getting the knot out. I am overall pleased with the outcome.

Awesome place to get a massage, 40 minute foot massage for $ 28. Yesterday was my first time getting a foot massage here, previously I have gotten a chair massage from them and that was extremely pleasant.
The foot massage starts with a foot soak in warm water which is very soothing, then the person working on you will get to work. My feet were aching very badly from the many walks/​runs that I have been on the past few weeks. Words cannot describe how happy I was to have the visit done. I walked in, immediately asked on the wait time, the lady said 5 minutes, and I was taken back and worked on shortly. I wore tight leggings that day and the lady asked that I change out of that into a towel so she could work on my calves and thighs. It was very much needed so I tipped her at the end of our session the amazing work she put forth. If you have any qualms, I certainly do feel you should make your way over here rather than other Asian run massage parlors, this one is brightly lit, calming and they do understand English. I speak Chinese myself but do want others to be able to communicate clearly and ensure that everyone has a great experience for their massages that they pay for.
Will make sure to head back over when I shop around Lakeline!

Got a 15 minute chair massage from an older man. His pressure was way to much even after me asking he use less pressure. He was digging his entire elbow into my back. I was in pain throughout most of the massage and left in even more pain than i entered with. I know have red spots that may turn into bruises on my back! I should have just stopped the massage and left. I am so sore.

Finally a chair massage place that doesn’t leave you hurting worse than when you went in. Absolutely wonderful!!! No appointment needed.

Went here with a migraine, I WILL so be back to see Sam! I get massages very often never had one at the mall– definitely recommend! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Sam!

Fantastic service, usually no wait time, and good pricing. Been worked on by nearly all of their massage therapists, and they are always courteous and professional, while delivering a great massage therapy.

I went back and AGAIN — I have no bad thing to say — in fact I have to say they deserve more than 5 stars.
I was driving by the mall and aching — it was late, but I was hoping maybe to get in before closing for something short.
I really wanted the combo footbath/​rub with the chair massage which is about 45 minutes — and I literally signed in at 45 minutes before closing.
No one else was there, the mall was emptying out slowly for the evening.
Without a bat of an eye (and you know they probably wanted to go home after a long day) I was welcomed and treated like a queen AND they agreed to do the combo.
By the time we were done — they had gone OVER 15 minutes by my assessment.
(It could be they don’t count the time to get the foot bath ready as part of the actual session time… unlike many spas do!) (?)
I enjoyed this foot work even more than my first…
It’s just a great place, great service, nice people, skilled therapists… really… you can’t do better than this. Price and quality are there 100%.
(- and I am a LMT, so giving rave reviews doesn’t benefit ME one iota!)

Suggest you bring a friend and have said friend be aware and attendant to your massage at all times to assure moral delivery of service.
