Reid’s Cleaners & Laundry

Convenient, fast, and always reliable. I really enjoy the service Reid’s provides. My clothing is always ready on time, and dry cleaned perfectly. They have a nice «drive-​thu» option, which makes drop off/​pick up extremely easy when you’re in a hurry.

They did a wonderful job cleaning a winter coat that had grease stains.

Do you enjoy having your expensive clothes ruined? Do you enjoy dealing with rude employees who will not take one lick of responsibility. If your answers are yes then, you’re in luck! This is BY FAR the WORST dry cleaner in town. They have ruined several of my clothing items (mostly missing buttons) but most recently, an expensive Anthrpologie dress that had only been worn once. Add insult to injury, they’ve held my dress hostage for days whilst proclaiming that «we followed the care instructions». Funny, when I called Anthropologie, not a single person had complained about having issues with the dress being dry cleaned. So again, if you like having your clothes ruined by people who hate responsibility by all means, keep giving this horrible place your cash! Meanwhile, I’ll go to Ecoclean.
P. S. Anthropologie has agreed to exchange my dress… even though this was no fault of their own. Let’s hope Reid’s will eventually return my dress. 5 days and they for some reason, don’t want me to see it… wonder why?

I’ve tried every dry cleaners in Cedar Park and they are the best! My clothes always are on time and perfect, the staff is friendy. I highly recommend

I have used them twice. Perfect service and my cloths were done great, but more than i can afford. I’m not picky with my cloths, so i thought they were more on the high side in price. Thats the only thing negative i have to say. I wish they were cheaper, but other than that, they were top notch in service. I only moved here recently and came from Dallas, where you can get laundered shirts for 89 and 99 cents. Maybe it’s just higher here so that’s why i didn’t rate against the cost.

Morning…
Hubby: «Honey could you pick up my dry cleaning for me please?»
Me: «Sure.»
That night…
Hubby: «Hey babe, did you notice this wrinkle right here?» (He points to something by the shoulder hem on one of his 12 shirts that I just picked up.)
Me: «No.»
Hubby: «Could you take it back and tell them that I want a redo?»
Me: I put my glasses on. «Honeyyyy…I can’t even see whatever you were talking about!»
Hubby: «Well I see it! That’s ok. I’ll do it myself.»
A couple of weeks after that…
Hubby: «Babe, did you see this one right here?» (He points to a place on his shirt)
Me: «No honey.» (Honestly, I didn’t see anything wrong with that shirt)
Hubby: «You need new glasses! I gotta take it back!»
There you go guys, my hubby. I’m surprised Reid’s hasn’t kicked him out yet. They’re still taking good care of his cloths after all these years… They even replaced a polo shirt for him once, thinking that it was their fault. Is that good service or what?
