Perks Glass

One is one too good. Buyer beware! Matt does not understand his motto, Glorifying God Through Integrity and Service, or uses it for something other than his work. Had my couple of hour project for a month — no calls, no updates, no returned calls. Finally caught him — project not ready he used the wrong glass and needed to get a different product. another two weeks. Tracked him down again — be ready tomorrow. Checked a week later, it was ready. Picked it up, paid my $ 50 and on the way to the car noticed it looked like a 6 year old had completed it. Took it back — sorry, we will correct it. Another week — not ready. I told them to forget it, I would finish it myself. Sorry, we will refund your $ 50. Picked it up, took it home and finished it correctly in 15 minutes. By the way, no $ 50 refund.

We had two different appointments where there was no phone call no contact, after I called the owner and told him that he was 4 hours late he wanted to come to my house then!!! Very unprofessional and I would not recommended he couldn’t make it to my house that was less than three miles away!
I even stopped at this business on a Saturday after they missed the first appointment and the owner told me to my face that he would see me on Monday… not

We were selling our house, and one of the «fix it» items was the window glazing that was chipped in a hail storm. Matt the owner came and gave us our estimate and also did the install. He called to let me know a more accurate arrival time the day of our appointment. He was very professional and polite, and did a great job. A week later, I noticed one piece was not adhering well. I called and left a message, and he promptly called me back and came the next day to rectify. I would absolutely use the company again! He has great customer service!

Would I use Perks Glass again? I already have, and have found my go-​to glass company!
Matthew first came to my home in Lago Vista in November 2012, after a wind storm left me with a cracked window. He did a wonderful job replacing my lake view pane. Recently, I needed window help again, and having kept his card in a safe place, called the office and had my window replaced that morning… just before a cold front hit.
If you are hesitant about allowing new folks into your home, do not fret! I live alone and trust Perks glass totally. Professional, friendly, timely, and Christian-based…you will find your «glass guys», too, when you call Perks!

I needed a couple of mirrors replaced in both the guest bathroom and the master bathroom, Perks Glass did a wonderful job at a great price!
My mirrors look beautiful and I will call them back to install some replacement windows for me in the near future.

Matthew Perks is one awesome dude! He is very professional, timely and customer focused. He replaced my cracked bathroom mirror in no time at all and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work he did. I paid less than what I had anticipated and his quote beat out a couple of other companies I called. If you need any type of glass work his is your man!

Local business never disappoints, and Matthew Perks is a perfect example of that rule! He fixed our window with professionalism, timeliness, and under budget! Always a nice surprise to pay less than I was quoted! I highly recommend!
