I like the nurses and doctors. Very friendly and caring, however the lady at the front desk is very rude and not accommodating at all. Unfortunately I won’t be returning as I hate dealing with this woman over the phone and while waiting at the front. It’s really a shame… Your first impression is a rude, short tempered woman who I have never seen smile.

I was a bit worried when I discovered that it was a tiny place in a strip mall but I stuck with it.
They took my co-​pay up front and then my son and I proceeded to wait 40 minutes past our appointment time. Needless to say we left at that point and had them void the transaction.
If you can’t respect your clients time I doubt you will respect anything else.

I took my friend in for her 3 day old baby and after looking at their facility we swiftly left. You would think this place was the ghetto. 1 bathroom with messy dirty blinds and a lock that didn’t work. No sink in the rooms and a drug store baby scale. A yoga mat for the table. A warning sign saying no food or drinks cause it attracts ants. Hmm if they are cleaning and disinfecting they shouldn’t be worried about ants. More problems than I care to list. Glad we didn’t stay.

They have a really nice staff! Always fast and personable towards my son; he also loves the dr. They make to kids feel happy/​more comfortable, then it’s easy from there.

You will not meet a more compassionate, professional CPNP than Linda Donovan. My little girls are 5 and 1, and I have used Lighthouse Pediatrics since my firstborn was only days old. Her patients are given her cell number for after hours concerns, and calls and texts are always returned. You just don’t find people that genuine anymore, such an angel!

Went in for my sons 2 yr check up and was out in 15 minutes. I loved that I can just walk in and just walk out. Even walked out with a on call nurse phone number in case I need someone over the holiday. Everyone is just so nice

I’ve left 2 other reviews trying to warn people not to go to this ridiculous place but they somehow disappeared. So I“m not going to waste my time writing a very long review.
The nurse practitioner Linda Donovan was by far the worst pediatrician I have ever brought my kids to. She was making ridiculous assumptions and using her own bias to «diagnose» my child with many ailments.
