I really want to like this salon, but after popping in and out of this shop on and off for 3 years, I am convinced that I will go somewhere else. Honestly, in three years, I do not think the same individual has cut my hair more than twice, except for a couple of managers. The revolving door of stylists tells me that this operation either does not take care of their employees very well, or it is a stepping stone for stylists to greener pastures. In addition to the lottery of stylists, haircuts seem to be a «roll of the dice» even though I describe the same haircut to each individual stylist that I have been getting for over a decade. It is a standard mans hair cut and somehow I get variations that I love or hate. The pricing is okay, and you do receive a loyalty discount coupon on your receipt to return for your next haircut. I have gone to other less convenient locations after having a bad experience here and at the location in Leander. Leander’s location has it’s own similar quirks and pitfalls. I do like Leander better and there seems to be more engaged stylists. Nothing sets the tone for your day like a bad haircut. The location is in a hectic area and parking can be a pain, but it is convenient to my address so I find myself going there for convenience and price. It is also close to some restaurants and stores with good locations for running my errands. The stylists seem bored, or overworked, or just apathetic to their customers. The online check-in is a gamble also. I check in on my smart phone every time now. I always walk in at my scheduled time and typically am in and out. I do not think it is an exact science though. Sometimes I have been shuffled to the back of the queue in spite of walking in at the correct time– adding an additional 15 minutes and defeating the purpose of checking in to begin with. 60% of the time it is a quick«in and out» appointment. Some of the stylists are very talented. Sometimes they are inviting and sociable. Sometimes I like my haircut. Sometimes my experience is convenient, fast and satisfactory. More often than not lately, I am not happy with their overall customer service. I will spend my time and money elsewhere.

This great clips allow sick employees to come to work and pass on their infection to the customers. Great job Great clips. Lost 1 customer atleast.

A little hectic, but they handled both my haircut and the kiddos(5 and 7). No hard-sell on product, will use their online app next time to reserve space.
