So i find this place very under rated. They have good food any time you go there. But this place is always empty. You can never find enough customers in here. But when we went there yesterday, we were greeted promptly, our food came out in time and was as fresh as it could be. On the flip side place needs tlc. You can tell the age of the restaurant. Restrooms also needs updating. Otherwise no complaints!

Had an opportunity for a rare weekday lunch with my wife after errands. Had not been to Fuddruckers in quite a long time. This location no longer had the exotic ‘game’ burgers — so a bit disappointed — sometimes you just are in the mood for elk(just kidding — it tasted like cow to me). Cow burgers hot and juicy, but wife’s ‘well-done’ was a bit short of ‘well’ and my medium was ‘over-medium’ — but still tasted good. I decided to try the gluten-free bun because of my allergies — their buns are sesame, wheat, and corn-free. I also asked for the fries to come with salt rather than their spice mix. A few minutes later, a cook comes quickly out and let me know that the fries were not gluten-free and there was a cross-contamination risk. I actually had not mentioned a gluten problem — he put my spice-free fries request together with the gluten-free bun on his own. After assuring him my food allergies were not gluten-related and a small amount of wheat doesn’t cause problems he brought over the fries. I greatly appreciate their proactive approach and appreciation for food sensitivities and allergies. I will definetely be a more frequent guest.

This is one of our favorite hamburger places. I really love it that you can get a great tasting hamburger, and have the option of getting a whole wheat bun! Their shakes are awesome, too!

Dang it! I hoped the Fudrucker in Lakeway was an anomaly, but it turns out, Fudrucker’s has just gone down hill! I used to love this place years ago. The food is great-still is-love the condiment stations, but it’s just not clean! Bathrooms nasty & several tables need to be bussed. Oh well. Staff was nice.

Fuddrucker’s is GREAT. Their burger special, under 8 dollars and posted to the side of the menu, comes with burger/fries/drink. It’s quality american food at a decent price. I love that the toppings are always fresh and filled. The cheese sauce is always a great compliment. For the kids, they offer a free cookie which is NOT given right away. As a parent, I love this. We don’t give our little one the receipt to claim the cookie until his meal is finished. It’s a real treat to have him walk over to the counter and claim his cookie. BUT…one request: PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE bring the grilled cheese back. It was my absolute favorite!

The food was good but they were out of ketchup, out of forks, and the cashier seemed almost deliberately slow and vague.

Why did I choose to go to this place? Burger was good and plenty, drink was interesting. Never heard of Line Ginger Ale. However I have issues with them of which I will enumerate with snark and sarcasm. First, they got my order wrong. I ordered the Texans Burger as in the Houston Texans and I requested the Buffalo meat instead of the regular hamburger meat. However I got just a Buffalo Patty and a bun. Apparently the teenager who took my order thought I changed my order and deleted any mention of the Texans burger. How do I know that? B/c I checked my receipt after my order arrived. My fault for not double checking. But how hard is it to change the meat? Especially if it is an upgrade? You’d think they’d train their disinterested teenage hourly worker better for this probability. Or maybe encouraged the teenager to ask one question«would like to upgrade your burger meat to Buffalo for a dollar more? Even McDonalds asks«want fries with that? » How hard can it be? Also, you’d think a burger and fries joint would ensure that plenty of ketchup would be available. But no, one of the 2 ketchup dispensers in the whole entire place was empty. Plus they have the smallest of paper cups to dispense your ketchup in to. And one of those dispensers was empty. Makes sense I guess. Then they were out of forks! F O R K S. Enough said. Lastly, I did enjoy the Buffalo burger. I like it medium well and it was cooked perfectly. Very juicy and plump with a little seasoning on top of a tastey white bun. I added on top of the burger the trusted and time tested veggies; tomatoes, white onion, pickles, and green leaf lettuce and a small dollop of ketchup. The classic burger in my mind. PS they don’t have bottomless fries. It’s bottomless drinks. Not sure who thought that was a good idea to advertise«for $ 3.79 add fries and bottomless drink«or something like that. My guess is it was a teenager who texted the idea to the slightly older teenager who facebook’d the idea to the boss who Snapchat’d it to HQ.

My daughter has a severe food allergy. At the register I asked the cashier what type of oil they use. She didn’t know so she referred me to a man behind the cooking counter(possibly a manager?) who looked confused and after stumbling a couple times said«Vegetable oil». I then proceeded to take a a look at the website to see if I could find a more definite answer. Website says«soybean oil» so I went back up to the front to ask the man I spoke with which oil it was… soybean or vegetable. He insisted on vegetable but I asked why the website would say soybean oil. He seemed confused and irritated when I asked to see a label myself from the back of the kitchen.(I have been to countless restaurants with this same question and many are happy to either run back in the kitchen to find the container and tell me or even bring it up to show me for myself if they are unsure.) Guy refused to do either, said it was in «bulk and they couldnt show me.» Ridiculous, you either know what oil you use, or you don’t. VERYVERY unfriendly and not supportive of people with severe life threatening food allergies. I was told to reference a nutitional food guide that was«on a banner up front» and waved away. There was no banner to refer to, and the information they were giving wasn’t accurate. Needless to say I will not be returning, and would have left if it wasn’t an event my entire family was attending for Father’s Day.

I got the grilled chicken salad and was very happy with it overall. There was a good amount of chicken and the overall amount of toppings was nice. I actually wasn’t able to finish the whole plate because of how big the serving was so its nice to get value for my meal. My brother got the ½ lb burger and seemed pretty satisfied with that, the burger was served piping hot and the cheese was even a bit bubbly! My dad though got a burger I’m not sure which type that ended up being a bit under done so he wasn’t very satisfied at the end. I really love the coca cola freestyle machine, it’s one of my favorite additions to restaurants. There’s just no place else that you can get raspberry sprite zero with raspberry rants zero in the perfect combination of fruity fizzy deliciousness! For it being a Saturday evening there wasn’t very many people, in face we were able to easily get a table with no one on any surrounding edge of us. The atmosphere was pretty quiet but I think it could handle larger groups pretty easily. Overall food tasted good, was made quickly to order and no major problems arised. I’d give it a five star without issue if it wasn’t for the doneness of the one burger.

I ordered The Hangover ½lb. This came with a sunny side egg… but when I received my order it wasn’t sunny side… the sun was busted… I was offered a new egg but it should not been punctured… I still gave Fuddruckers 4 stars… I like this place. This place has Rib-eyes…I haven’t tried it yet but will…

With so many options these days to go for burgers, it’s always nice to come here. It’s been around for a long time and brings back so many memories for me when I used to come here as a kid. I can see they got rid of the ice cream station, it’s ok and their fountain drink station is very hi-tech. I got the plan burger and pizza kids meal for the kiddos. I got me a ½ lb burger combo with American cheese. I like to load it up with all the fresh veggies and jalapeños. I like my burger wet so I put on a lot of ketchup and mayonnaise. Burger was good but a little too big for me I couldn’t finish. Next time I will go for the 1⁄3 lb instead. Kids play with the race car arcade game while waiting for the food. See you guys soon.

There is rarely a time when I really crave a burger and when I do I would rather have it somewhere else that tastes better. I like the staff(most of time) and they have a couple other things on the menu that aren’t bad but if you are looking for a good burger I’d recommend to keep looking. It isn’t that they are terrible it is just there are far more superior places to get a burger in austin and cedar park. If you want a family friendly place to sit down and eat average tasting burgers and watch tv then here should be fine.

Today might have just been a fluke, but nonetheless it was disappointing. The food itself was pretty good, but there were a few other issues. The booth we were in had a spring protruding through that tore my jeans and cut my finger. I told the guy and he tried to cover it up, but I’m sure this isn’t a brand new issue. Someone could really get cut on that spring and cause some real havoc on this restaurant. The guy was nice about it, but I still don’t think it was handled properly. Next, the restroom was a nightmare, paper towels all over the floor and absolutely no paper towels in the dispenser. I saw a guy cleaning the tables and mentioned it to him and he looked at me like I was a crazy person. It seems they were unorganized and under staffed to say the least.

The food is FANTASTIC. This place will definitely satisfy any REAL burger craving you have. In my opinion the service was so horrendous that I can’t in good confidence, give it a full five stars.

So let me start by saying that I have always been a fan of Fuddruckers being that was my very first job. With that being said, today’s experience was definitely not the best one I’ve had. They completely butchered my order to start. When I pointed out that they had made the wrong burger for me they quickly made me a new one. The problem is that they used a burger patty off of the grill that was well done(I ordered Medium Rare), secondly they didn’t toast my gluten free bun so it was cold & doughy. When I got to the salad bar I was disappointed to find old shriveled up onions and slimy pico de gallo. This place is mediocre at best when comparing to other Fuddruckers. I honestly would recommend going to one of the local burger places in Austin, that’s what I’ll be doing next time!

I’ve always been a fan of Fuddruckers. This was a go to lunch place for me when I was working in downtown San Antonio. Great burgers, pretty quick service also. Hubby and I were out running lots of errands in the Cedar Park/Lakeline area. It was about 2:30 when we decided we should get some food. I was craving a burger and of course I used my handy, dandy Unilocal app to look for a place to eat. Fuddrucker’s is counter service. You go in order your food and find yourself a seat. Burgers came out quick also. Once you get your burgers you proceed to condiments area where you can put whatever your little burger heart desires. There’s shredded lettuce, romaine leaves, onions, sliced tomatoes, pico de gallo and pickles. Then you’ve got mayo, mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce and hot cheese! I love the hot cheese for dipping my wedge fries in. This is one of the few times I make an exception for eating cheez whiz in my life. Hubby got the 1⁄3 cheeseburger with American Cheese and I got the 1⁄3 Southwest burger. It had pepper jack cheese, guacamole and bacon! Yum! Burgers were so juicy and I love the soft bread that they use. It’s nice when you order because you have lots of choices. You can get a 1/3, ½ or 2⁄3 pound burgers. They have a burger size for every appetite. Food was delicious. Service was quick and friendly.
