My family have been patients of Doc Farst for close to twenty years. He is the ultimate professional. He connects with you as a person. He understands everyone has different circumstances. When we were a young family he was able to take care of us on a budget. He always gives you options in treatment and price.
If you are looking for a dentist in the Cedar Park/​Leander area, you could never do better than Dr.Farst. I will forewarn you to get in before you NEED to see a dentist. Farst’s practice is a mature business and always busy.
The office staff is a complete joy and very efficient in handling insurance and all business operations. The medical staff has always been at the top of their game and very impressive.

My family has been going to Dr. Farst for over 15 years. He’s great! Very gentle and patient with children, as well as with dentist-​phobic adults! :) He is as careful with your money as he is with your health. The dental assistants are gentle and careful as well, and the office staff is always polite and helpful. My kids had sensory issues when young and they were always willing to accommodate the little things that would help them.

I went to Rose Dental in Round Rock last year and was told that I had $ 2800 worth of dental work that I needed. I couldn’t believe that I would ever need 4 crowns, a two-​step deep cleaning, and that I had a cavity on top of all that. I just felt like something wasn’t right. Unfortunately, I had to wait several months until my insurance changed before I could see an out-​of-​network dentist.
It was so worth the wait. I went to see Dr. Farst thinking that I had atleast a few issues going on with my teeth. the hygenist took my digital x-​rays, then only recommended a regular cleaning on my teeth. She promptly cleaned my teeth, and the polished them.
Dr. Farst came in and evaluated my x-​rays, and said that I looked fine, and only recommended that we keep an eye on one tooth in the future for a crown, and I did not have a cavity. I was so grateful. I am going to keep going back. It is a great office with great staff. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I thank them for their honesty!

Dr Farst has been my dentist for over 14 years. He has always been so pleasant, gentle, concerned, preventative and he personalizes his care; he even suggested they only take XRays every two years instead of once a year as I am fortunate enough to have no dental issues. His staff has always been pleasant for the most part and appointments are easily made or changed.
I have however moved on to a new dental office — in part because Dr Farst is so far away from where I live now and also in part because IMO Dr Farst’s office is a bit behind in the high-​tech advancement department.
