Eileen’s Colossal Cookies

I ordered a dozen decorated cookies & a cookie cake for my son’s Birthday. I LOVED the lady who runs the store-​super sweet, helpful & very professional. I got exactly what I ordered & on time. The cookies & cake were ADORABLE! I thought the cookies tasted pretty good. The chocolate chip cookie cake on the other hand, BAD! Like, people took 1 bite & wouldn’t touch it bad. I’m throwing nearly a whole cake away. It was dry, chemically tasting (not sure if it just soaks up that Saran Wrap smell or what) & bland all at the same time. I felt I could’ve done better taste-​wise with a chub of Pillsbury & it would have been much cheaper. I would steer clear of the choc chip cookie cakes!

Extra star just for how reasonable this place is — really inexpensive compared to a lot of places in town!
The white chocolate macadamia cookie was my fave, super moist (sorry for those who hate this word!) and a great macadamia to white chocolate ratio — sooooo much macadamia! It was not overwhelmingly sweet, which was really nice. My husband loved his double lemon cookie (lemon cookie with lemon icing) and plans on getting it again.
Unfortunately, the oatmeal MnM cookie was kind of dry, so I’ll probably stay away from it in the future. They also had a special molasses cookie available — and while the cookie itself had a great flavor and texture, it had almond flavored icing on it. Almond flavoring is one of my least favorite things on earth (I like real almonds, though!) so I wish I had been warned that it wasn’t plain/​vanilla. I’m sure some people would enjoy it, however.
Excited to go back and try some snickerdoodles!

I can understand some not liking the almond flavor, but I love marzipan and cherries so to me it tastes really good! That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5. For some the flavor might not be ideal.
The staff is really friendly and helpful! Also, many thanks to this business for having Veteran’s Day themed treats! I called all over, even HEB, and this was the only bakery in Cedar park with patriotic themed cookies! They were great for our Veteran’s Day celebration!

I use Eileen’s cookies for all of my cookie/​cake needs. They have great prices, awesome service, and a fantastic product.

We ordered another 16 inch cake for my other sons birthday party, this time it was chocolate chip. A few days before scheduled pickup, we stopped in because my son wanted to change the theme. My son couldn’t decide on what he wanted and the clerk was super helpful, helping him zero in on what he wanted by making great suggestions. As good as the cookies are, the frosting is just OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing. Soooooo good!

Now, not to knock on the hard work that is obviously put into the cookies here, as they are always decorated beautifully. But for me, I would rather have a giant ugly cookie that tastes delicious. The cookies at Eileen’s are not BAD, but they have a funny taste. Seems to me a few others on here noticed it as well. I appreciate an innovative cookie but I will not be rushing back here.

These cookies are so so delicious! This review is specifically for the dozen iced sugar cookies I picked up. Im officially addicted! Just a note that their sugar cookies and icing are flavored with almond extract, which I happen to LOVE!.. But I know it’s not for everyone so know that going in. Super friendly staff also!

These cookies are amazing. I got the groupon for 6 punches worth 5 cookies each.
My husband and kids ask me to stop here at least once a week. My daughter likes picking her cookie out from the display case. All huge, soft, and baked fresh daily.
I have tried snickerdoodle, peanut butter chocolate chip, and chocolate chip. All were amazing.

So I wanted my wife to have a special day for her birthday and of course as a typical husband started planning late. I called mid morning and asked if they could decorate a cookie for my wife and deliver it to her work near by. They were so kind and helpful. Service was awesome. They offered to let me know when the cookie was delivered and to send me a picture. I have never heard of anyone offering such awesome service and especially last minute. This was a last minute win thanks to Eileen’s Colossal Cookies Cedar Park. Thank you.

Colossal Cookies saved the day! I’m a job coach and wanted to get my students’ supervisors an inexpensive personalized gift to go with the student thank you cards. I racked my brain for a few days, but couldn’t think of anything. Then as I was driving down 1431 I saw the Colossal Cookie sign — BINGO!
For a great value, I got five 6-​inch decorated cookies in tins so easy transport. They were perfect!
Thursday we will celebrate students’ graduation with a 12-​inch precut chocolate chip cookie! These gals are lifesavers!
And their day-​old cookies are delicious and a bargain. It’s probably going to be a long time before I make homemade cookies again with this place around.

I needed a dessert for my Wino Wednesday group. I stopped in on my way home from work, at approximately 5:15 PM. I was greeted immediately and asked if I had ever been there before. I had not, so the young lady described what they offer and explained the pricing. (Which was very reasonable.)
I left with a dozen cookies in three different flavors. The Wino Wednesday group loved them! The flavors were delicious. The texture was perfect. I especially loved the Snickerdoodle & the Sugar cookie. The almond flavor in the sugar cookie was extraordinary!

So yeah. I have a new Driod phone, vs my old iPhone and I hate the Unilocal App. I couldnt find the «update my review» option, so I didnt get to this as soon as Id like to have– BUT, to HELL with that lemon shit. The other cookies are THE BOMB!
I could have crawled into a dark corner with a dozen chocolate chip cookies and eaten each on in a matter of a few minutes. For real. Those sons of guns are nothing like that lemon thing. They arent chewy, but they are soft and delicious! They are like a Soft Batch cookie on steroids, and crack. They have a wonderfully soft texture, the chips are fully cooked and melt when you bite into them. and its hard to have just 1, or 3.
I recently returned and tried the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and they are equally delicous! So the M&M, chocolate chip and pb chocolate chip are delish! AND, the girls there are so flippin friendly!

I went to birthday party a couple weeks ago and they had cookies and a cake from here. The chocolate chip cookie cake was beautifully decorated, but it had a funny flavor. After reading about the company, the flavor is probably from not using butter in their recipes. There were iced sugar cookies too, and they were crumbly and the icing was too sweet.

This is the place to go for snickerdoodle and white chip macadamia nut cookies! I love the texture of the cookie as I bite into it — soft, thick in size, taste freshly baked and oh so yummy. One of my favorite cookies that I’ve tried. I’m surprise to see that it only has 3 stars but I guess everyone has their own preference. So if you have a cookie craving check this place out but keep in mind they don’t stay open too late so check to make sure they’re open.

Love the cookies and I have had most of the offerings there. You open the door and go in. You look at the cookies already packaged, pick out a package or two and pay at the register. Pretty simple huh? So, why not five stars? Well, it’s the «Tip Jar’. Sure, you see them in a lot of places and I don’t really care, they don’t bother me. I tip or not based on something someone did or did not do but this one is different. The tip jar here has a message on it that says something like «I just met you and got your cookies» (Or something like that) and has a few more words. My point is that it is almost a demand for a tip and I, for one, am offended by it.
I wish they would remove the message.

On the morning of my birthday, I decided to buy myself a cookie cake. Yes, I am 29 and wanted a birthday cake! I called at 10 am and asked if they could have a cake ready by noon. I did not expect any personal icing decorations or anything. I was happy to take anything they had on hand. I spoke with a sweet lady named Sunnie who was happy to help me out. She even decorated my cake with a Wheel of Fortune theme, since I was recently a contestant on the show. The cake was super cute and tasted delicious! I brought it to my work and shared with everyone. It brought a smile to all of our faces. I would recommend Eileen’s to anyone looking to brighten their day.
UPDATE: I hate to bring the rating down from 5 stars to 3 stars, but I have to be honest I was disappointed and a little embarrassed serving the cookies I bought at Eileen’s the other day. They were dry and crumbly and not too flavorful. I probably would have been better off buying Pillsbury dough and popping them in the oven myself. However, I still give 3 stars because I needed cookies asap and your customer service was fantastic and the convenience of the drive thru was a life saver.
With this being a franchise, I am not sure what you could do to improve the quality and taste of the cookies… but I think it is definitely worth looking into.
