I was afraid of looking old (er), afraid of having things in my ears, afraid of the cost, afraid of getting ‘sold’ — but I mustered my courage and went to Cook Hearing after reading reviews on their website. (They’re on Facebook, too, with articles and stuff.)
Well, this may be the best thing I’ve done in YEARS. Lori Cook was understanding, honest, and compassionate. She gets it. Answers every question in detail, and some that you don’t think to ask. Great advice, great service, great price.
And free batteries! You can’t beat it. Really. Even if you just go for the test — GO. You’ll be glad you did.
