I used Classic Plumbing at my Landlord’s request. 2 weeks ago they showed up unannounced at 7:30pm and worked for several hours. They ended up pouring some really stinky acid down my drain and instructed me not to use my kitchen sink or laundry machine until they returned the next day. They have still not returned! I paid them and they said they would email my receipt so that I could get reimbursed from my Landlord. I haven’t received the invoice, but my check went through the next day. I would not recommend them to anyone. The guys were nice enough, but that only goes so far. I really just want my receipt– I fixed the problem that they didn’t return for the next day. As a self-​employed contractor, I know that an emailed invoice should only take about 5 minutes to send!

Owning a restaurant is not an easy task. But one thing that does make it easier is knowing the right people when the unexpected pops up. I have used Fred and his crew several times and they are the first on my contacts list when anything plumbing related comes up. They show up when they say they will and so far have done the job right every single time and even give tips to keep things running smoothly. I can not recommend these guys enough!
